Comment : The staff at Symes Cadillac are great either dealer dept. or at the service desk. a great place to take your Cadillac for service. or get a new Cadillac.

Comment : I brought my XT5 in for a oil change and a recall, when I picked up my car the oil life had not been reset. They corrected it quickly but they should have check it before they brought the car up. Not the service I???ve come to expect from Cadillac.

Comment : Excellent customer service Been going there now for years - on my second Cadillac Staff is very well trained courteous friendly and helpful Always repairs are done on time car is returned washed Nice waiting room Overall everything is great!

Comment : Diana is fantastic. We have been bringing our Caddy here since buying it in 2017. She has been wonderful to work with and extremely helpful finding solutions to problems that had come up.
