They had some snacks to eat while you waited for your turn to speak with a finance manager. My salesman Armani was very helpful and friendly when it came to purchasing my Pre Owned 2024 Hyundai Tucson Plug-In! He made sure I liked the vehicle and made the deal that worked around my budget.Only small con I have is that my vehicle did not come with floor mats...Everyone is very friendly at this dealership. Comment : My husband spent a couple weeks running down the car I wanted with all the bells and whistles that I wanted. He found it at Pasadena Cadillac. He called and spoke to Cham. We told home the car we were interested in and it was still on the lot. We drove from Ventura and met with Cham. He showed us the car. There were a few things that needed to be addressed and Cham got Jonathan the sales manager and he said they would fix everything for me. We worked out the price(easy process) and I bought the car that day.I never felt rushed or pressured.Renee did a great job going through the paperwork with me.I came back a few days later to pick it up and it was perfect.Cham was incredible, he took the time to show me all the wonderful features on my XT4 Sport. Renee was there and she checked in with me to see if I was satisfied. Told her everything worked out perfectly and my husband and I are very happy. She handed me their gift bags for new customers.Cham even filled up my tank before we drove off. Unfortunately Jonathon was off that day so we didn t get a chance to thank him personally. Comment : I just got my first ever EV and the team at Cadillac Pasadena took really good care of me and made it super easy to get me out of my current lease and into a gorgeous new Cadillac Lyriq. Armani was so friendly and easy to work with. He made the whole process so simple. Tony in finance was really great too. I highly recommend these guys and if you re looking to get a new car before the new tariffs go into effect now is the time to make it happen. The shop is under construction but the team was very hospitable and made sure that I was treated like a VIP the whole time.
