Comment : I took my 2005 Chevy Silverado with codes running Rich. The diagnostic they gave me is bad O2 sensor so I changed those but that didn’t fix it, So I took it back to them and this time they said it is a bad computer and that wasn’t The cause either I was told by Billion Chevrolet, I was charged almost $$200 For guessing work that’s not fair and it’s terrible practice of doing business

Comment : I only trust my car to Specialty Wheel and Tire (SWT)! They will tell me what may need to be repaired eventually, soon and immediate. They will also give me an estimate of potential costs for each recommendation. I trust them!

Comment : When someone comes in for something they want fixed, knowing what they want fixed because they know what needs to be done, do it.
Dont upselll $2000 more in parts that do not need replacing.
Went in needing a lower ball joint done on an old truck. I know I should look into getting other stuff done but again ITS OLD, ITLL HAVE 50 PROBLEMS!
I also wanted an allignment.
They didnt want to simply do the ball joint and attaching 3 parts (u joimt, idler, and pitman arm) for a decent 600, they wanted to charge me 2700 to replace like 15 things on a sheet of paper that didnt list anything individually and i know that 2700 wasnt even going to end up being their total because they were missing a few parts that are required to fix/replace others.
They refused to do my ball joint and allignment unless they could do all of it.
What crud.
Only positive is their attitude and car service.
Glad i didnt end up going with them.
