Comment : The electrical system of my truck was disabled by the failure of a circut board. Swt replaced the circuit board and the peice that likely made it burn out. Then they did enough testing to make sure that the car would work after I took it home. The folks at the shop called me 2 times to talk to me about the situation and help make decisions. Then I got a text when the vehicle was ready. I felt good about the entire experiance.

Comment : They were very upfront with all the details about my service. They didn’t try to push unneeded work outside of what they were asked to do. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and they finished their work in a timely manner thumbs up to the crew at total car care on cliff ave!! Thanks guys and I will be recommending anyone who is looking for knowledgeable people with impeccable service to head over to total car care
