Comment : At first, I was a bit skeptical about bringing my recent model vehicle to non dealership shop, however the savings and customer service I’ve received from The Swedish Solution has made me a customer for life. By choosing the Swedish Solution, I payed a fraction of the cost I would’ve paid by going with the dealer. Wendy and Gary kept me informed and provided exceptional customer service through my repair. Would 100% recommend for any repairs or service needs.

My words can't express the gratitude I have with the Swedish Solution...I was over 620 miles from home my car left me stranded I had a 2010 honda civic they first helped me relax from being stranded and stressed out they helped me find a tow a hotel and a car rental to continue my long trip. They even made sure I made it to the hotel and car rental places. They treated me a stranger like I was one of their family members, the waiting room is very comfortable and they are pet friendly. They helped take car of my Lilly dog by giving her treats, drinks, and love. This is the best customer service I had ever witnessed in my life. This is how a successful business should be ran. Id like to thank you for helping me and even checking in after I left. I now will be a customer for life. Whenever I come through town I will make sure I get my work done there. Well worth the trip.
