Comment : Unfortunately this one didn’t turn out great. Ben was a great salesman, found me 2 new cab and chassis trucks, but that’s where the service ended.
Trucks break down. There’s nothing we can do about that. It was the lack of response and support from my dealer that go me on this one. Apparently loyalty to a customer doesn’t mean anything or they would have had it towed back to their store to get it fixed for me. One of the 2 trucks I bought new went down with 5000 miles on it. It wouldn’t shut off, it wouldn’t go in gear. I was 34 minutes from the dealership I bought them at. They made me tow it to another dealer where I haven’t done business at instead of bringing it back to them where I just bought 2 new ones at. When I asked about possibly calling the other dealership to see if they could expedite or atleast just call and ask about a time frame, I got a big fat whopper. If you aren’t the customer the other lots won’t speak to us, sorry. Oh ok. So one Ram dealer can’t call another Ram dealer, perfect, sure…… I just spent $125k on trucks and can’t even get a simple phone call from one dealer to another. “ That’s just an excuse to not have to pick up the phone, pretty pitiful and of course not true.
This really stinks because it was convenient and local, and I was going to buy a lot more vehicles here. 2 weeks without a truck and counting.
Oh well, roll on!

Comment : Lane at Superior Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Siloam Springs was exceptional to work with. After reviewing several SUVs Lane knew exactly the car for me. Lane was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and the amenities, which made the experience very pleasant. This was our second time purchasing with Lane and we will continue to work with him in the future. I highly recommend Lane!

Comment : After months of shopping & multiple trade & outright purchase offers from other dealers, we are well aware of what our vehicle is worth just had not found the specific car we were shopping for. Was excited to have found the vehicle we have been looking for via internet search at Superior in Siloam. Read some wonderful reviews about a specific salesman & called to request him. I told him our situation & what we are looking to buy/trade for. I was fully upfront with the previous offers we have received. I then received a call from Dennis (not the salesman-I assume the sales manager) making an offensive offer on our vehicle $9,000 less than the amount 3 other dealers have offered for trade ($7,000 less than dealer offer for outright purchase). He tried to convince me that the auction price is what he’s offering me, what he doesn’t know is that I have access to auction numbers as well through a family friend & Dennis was offering me $5,000 below auction numbers as well. We could absolutely sell our car outright for one of the higher offers we’ve received from other dealers, then purchase the car this dealership has without a trade deal but I ended the conversation immediately because I do not want to do business with any dealership that would treat customers as if they are uneducated & make such an insulting offer. I was not surprised to come find multiple similar reviews. Do your research before shopping or trading with this dealership, know your car’s value & don’t let a dealership convince you otherwise. I’m thankful I did not waste my time driving 150 miles to be treated as I was by phone negotiation.
