Comment : Advertisements are wrong. Said they had a Toyota 4Runner TDR sport premium. I drove 4 hrs. Vehicle was not what was advertised. Not a premium. Signed papers. Paid $20,000 down. Then the lies began. I did this on December 4. Still haven't received the paperwork for the vehicle tags expire February 2. They said "we'll send the next day fedex" . Nope lie used USPS. This company and their people are all full of it. Daniel Daigneault. You say your new and will take care of customers. Your are a liar.

Comment : Thank you Brooke Poole for everything you did i asked you to get me a lot of pictures and videos of that Ford raptor and not one time did you not send them to me then you helped me make it possible to buy this raptor so if anybody is going to buy something from this dealership I would definitely look up Brooke

Comment : Unfortunately this one didn’t turn out great. Ben was a great salesman, found me 2 new cab and chassis trucks, but that’s where the service ended.
Trucks break down. There’s nothing we can do about that. It was the lack of response and support from my dealer that go me on this one. Apparently loyalty to a customer doesn’t mean anything or they would have had it towed back to their store to get it fixed for me. One of the 2 trucks I bought new went down with 5000 miles on it. It wouldn’t shut off, it wouldn’t go in gear. I was 34 minutes from the dealership I bought them at. They made me tow it to another dealer where I haven’t done business at instead of bringing it back to them where I just bought 2 new ones at. When I asked about possibly calling the other dealership to see if they could expedite or atleast just call and ask about a time frame, I got a big fat whopper. If you aren’t the customer the other lots won’t speak to us, sorry. Oh ok. So one Ram dealer can’t call another Ram dealer, perfect, sure…… I just spent $125k on trucks and can’t even get a simple phone call from one dealer to another. “ That’s just an excuse to not have to pick up the phone, pretty pitiful and of course not true.
This really stinks because it was convenient and local, and I was going to buy a lot more vehicles here. 2 weeks without a truck and counting.
Oh well, roll on!
