Eric, Phillip, and Todd are professional, kind, honest, listen to problems, take the time to carefully diagnose issues, and do excellent work. They are a true local business doing great work in Madison.

I took my car in a few months ago thinking I had a failing ball joint. I was ready and expecting to have to pay to have it replaced, if not more. They checked my old car out and drove it around and said they weren't concerned about the very slight rattle on bumpy roads, and that they didn't see any issues upon inspection other than needing an alignment (which I was way overdue for anyways). I'm a worrier, and they could have easily charged me for repairs that weren't necessary yet. It's now been months and they were right, it's been a non-issue. I've had a hard time finding mechanics in town who don't push all sorts of extra stuff and/or do a crap job when doing the work, so it's really great to have found people who are honest and don't take advantage. I will absolutely be bringing my car to them the next time something comes up!
