Comment : We had an issue with a seatbelt being locked and Russel went out of his way to solve our problem in a timely manner. The shop was completely booked, but Russel skipped his lunch to help us before we left for a long trip home. We thank Russel so much for his amazing customer service, and flexibility. Superior truly is, SUPERIOR!!

Comment : By far the best customer service I've experienced from all of the auto repair and dealerships I've done business with. I was a victim of a hit and run while parked at work which damaged the passenger side of my front bumper. Russell explained the repair process as well as the calibration that needed to be done after the bumper was repaired. The staff showed great hospitality and I could tell they're passionate about their work. If I'm in need of body repairs in the future, Superior will definitely be my go to shop.

Comment : I called this shop to ask about diagnosing a shaking issue coming from the rear of my vehicle, and they were able to get me in the very next day, which was extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Russell, and he was outstanding. He took the time to truly listen while I explained everything that had been happening with my car and didn?t rush the conversation at all.

Russell was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. It?s clear he cares about helping customers understand what?s going on with their vehicles rather than just pushing repairs. That level of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to have their vehicle looked at.

Comment : This is the only place I'll take my cars from now on. Had two different incidents within a short time span. One with a tree branch that fell on the car another someone rear ended us. They handled all the supplementals and getting the rentals extended as needed and made the process super easy for us. They are very communicative and the repairs look like brand new.

Comment : I purchased my Mercedes GLC 300 from Carvana and when it arrived the hood and bumper was scratched badly. My license plate bracket was even cracked silverrock sent me 3 different repair shops and this was one of them I saw the great ratings and decided to go with superior when I tell you my truck looks brand new can?t even tell it had a scratch and they replaced the bracket for my license plate as well also Russell did my estimate and kept me updated the entire time my car was being repaired if I ever need another repair I?m definitely going back to superior thank you
