Comment : My sunroof would not close.So I googled Sunroof repair and Superior Auto body & collison was the first name that came up. I spoke with Rocco. Who said they could give me an appointment for Thursday. I told him Thank you but I have would like for it to be done today because it's been raining a lot lately. Actually I had given up on them because I wanted it done today or as soon as possible. As I'm looking for another Sunroof repair shop Rocco text me to come down so they could look and see what needed to be done. He even texted me directions.
Then I meet Russell and his mechanic who were able to fix my sunroof and also fixed my roof from dropping down more than it was even tho sunroofs is not what they doI found out later.They went above and beyond great service. 5 Stars I give 10 stars.Everyone was very nice and polite. They were inviting and made me feel welcome. I would go back and I'm recommending Superior AutBody & Collision to everyone . You can't go wrong.The pricing was very good as well.They really made my day

Comment : I have had multiple body work issues done by Superior over the last 15 or so years and have been 100% satisfied and i just had a very minor fender to come undone and stopped back by and was not charged anything for that repair not even the screw that put it all back together!! They are the best of the best and like their sign inside the door they really care they dont just do the job and get paid!!! thanks Superior for what you do!!! B. Holland

Comment : I have used Superior Auto Body for years and they are fantastic. Several times my wife's car got dinged in a parking lot and they were able to restore it to brand new. My son was in an accident and our truck was badly damaged. Russell and his crew took the entire front end apart, carefully inspected the damage and then advised me not to try and fix the truck. They were so honest about the likelihood that the truck would be the same again. I have referred many friends to Superior and they were all delighted with the outcome.

I also own classic cars and they have been wonderful about helping me when I needed a few small things. Their estimates are always accurate and they are always friendly and customer focused. I really appreciate having them in my neighborhood and would not take my car anywhere else.

Comment : Absolutely horrible experience with this place. They had my vehicle for two months just to fix some front end damage. I would call for updates on when my car would be ready and Tyler (who no longer works there) would always tell me, “it should be done in a few days”. TWO months to replace two fenders, two headlights, a front bumper cover and a wheel is completely unacceptable. Additionally, they left overspray on the hood that will have to be buffed and corrected and the paint color was off even though they said they had a machine that would match the color perfectly.
