Comment : I had the pleasure of working with Brandon from start to finish, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. This was my first time being in an accident where another car it me, so I didn't have prior experience to compare, but I can confidently say that the entire process at Superior Auto Body was seamless and hassle-free.From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, everything was handled smoothly. I dropped off my car the following Monday, provided Brandon with the necessary insurance details, and he took care of the rest. Comment : I can't say enough "GREAT " things about Superior Auto Body & Collison. My story is a long one, so I'll keep it short. December 2024 someone backed into my driver's door of my 2016 ford f-150 King Ranch a vehicle that is my pride and joy.I took it to another body shop that that had repaired a prior damage in which my insurance company (ALLSTATE) recommends. I was never 100% happy with work but that's who Allstate uses, and I wanted to show them the poor craftsmanship that was performed. Since the then they were bought out by another company so therefore they did not have any records of the work being completed. At this point I'm a little agitated, dealing with an incompetent service writer and not having me on record I started looking elsewhere.I called other shops still not getting the warm and fuzzies I came across Superior Auto Body and "BRANDON". I then made an appointment and once meeting and talking to Brandon I was sold.Right out of the gate he and I were on the same page, his knowledge and "TRUE" caring of my concerns is what impressed me. I'm extremely picky when it comes to my vehicles and Brandon knew it. Brandon also had to deal with the insurance company in regard to the prior work, they did not want to work with him, but he fought back. I was also impressed that the owner "RUSSELL" worked on my truck with precision. The paint job is so perfect that I really want to take it to the other shop and show them what GREAT WORK looks like, but my wife won't let me.So, the moral of this story is DO NOT always listen to your insurance company and do your homework.I can't say enough "GREAT " things about Superior Auto Body & Collison. Comment : Superior Auto Body & Collision is incredible! After someone hit my rear bumper, they went above and beyond to handle the nightmare of dealing with insurance. My insurance company tried to push them for a cheap fix, but Superior pushed back and made sure my car received the full care it needed. Comment : I had someone side swipe my Tacoma and damage (scratch and dent) three sections of the passenger side. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repairs (looks like new), but they were able to help with sorting the insurance and spotted a few things I hadn't even noticed as damage.
