Comment : Five stars isn’t high enough for rating Superior Auto in Westbrook, CT. The manager, Tom Vicino, Jr went above and beyond when I took my Toyota Camry in for repairs after an auto accident I’d had. Tom is honest and forthright and treated me with sincerity and respect. He kept in touch with me throughout the repair process and willingly picked up the phone or texted me whenever I had a question or concern. Most importantly, he fought with the insurance company on my behalf. I was getting more and more frustrated with the run-around I was getting from the adjuster, so Tom took matters into his own hands and dealt with the insurance company directly so I didn’t have to. All in all, a great experience. I won’t take my car anywhere else for body work and, for anyone who’s reading this, Superior Auto is where you’ll want to bring your car, too.

Comment : Got 2 flats at 730 am, they weren’t even officially open and they took my right in, staff is exceptionally nice and understanding. Couldn’t say anything better about this place and the service I received!
