Comment : Extremely disappointed but the owner is super nice. The DISHONEST tech that worked on my daughters car (Timmy or Tyler - not confident on the name), had written up a job and was charging me for an entire job that he DIDN'T do. He did half the job and then they had to send the car to another shop to definitively diagnose the car. The actual place that diagnosed the car told me that had he done the whole job CORRECTLY he would have found the issue. 4 weeks of wasted time and he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Also, as I was in the waiting area the front desk girl was making racist "jokes" with one of the tech's standing in door behind the counter but I couldn't see who he was. Either way it was in poor taste and isn't the look that the owner would want representing his shop. The tech's that come in through the front door always make the waiting area smell like cigarette smoke as well. In my opinion the owner would be better off replacing the tech's with more professional employees to make sure that dishonest employees aren't the face of his business.

Comment : First time using this business and was recommended by a friend. They were able to look at and diagnose the issue within a day. It took a couple of days for the parts to arrive and work to be performed. While I thought the price was a bit on the high end, everyone was super friendly and the work was completed satisfactorily.

They gave me a ride home and came and picked me up the next day. Great staff and fair and honest pricing.

Comment : I have been doing business with Super Tech since 2020. My experience with them has ALWAYS been top notch in costumer service with their honesty and genuine care for their customers. I drive from fort Worth to aledo because they are worth the drive. They are Very Thorough in both Hands-On and machinery diagnostics of all vehicles makes models and years. They find the problem and 99.9% of the time leave NO Process of Elimination as fact. I would highly recommend this place of business for any and ALL car questions, and repairs. Thank you James, Jodie, Ashley and of course to ALL of the crew for your integrity and care for your customers. God bless you all
