Comment : The technician was very nice. That being said, I looked at their ad, and saw that they have two price points for oil changes. The less expensive option was using a synthetic blend, which they don't have. I was already there, so I went with the full synthetic oil change which was advertised at $84.95. How is it that I paid $135.78 for an oil change and emissions test, which cost $24?

Comment : They were great! I was driving and my car started running rough like it was going to stall. The check engine light came on. I took the car straight to Telle Tire. They evaluated it right there, fixed it and it was ready the next day. They drove us to the car rental place, a huge help. Everyone was very courteous and super helpful. I consider them my place to take my car. I have huge confidence in them.
