Comment : I was very pleased with the service* but was surprised by two things: 1) Suddenly "Car Doc" became "Telle Tire" during the time my car was in the shop and 2) No one went over my invoice with me as I was paying. It is very detailed invoice so most questions answered but it would have allowed me to ask any other questions I had.

*as with medical procedures, I have no way to see what was really done! But my brakes work properly again so I am happy.

Comment : I wish I could leave 20 stars. I had a fantastic experience. John (the store manager) fit me in for a last-minute inspection and was incredibly communicative and kind. He got me out the door in 15 minutes. Comfortable and clean waiting area as well. I asked multiple times if I could tip him and he would not let me! So my tip to everyone: go to Car Doc!
