We had to drive up and get the sales people to approve us taking the car with our extra key on Saturday afternoon. Then our warranty part came in so we thought we?d take the Kia back since they still had our keys anyway, made a huge mistake with that one. We dropped it off on Thursday night and told them multiple times we NEED it back on Friday evening.. here it is Tuesday and we still have had 0 contact with the service department because they don?t answer phone calls or return messages. 1 Reviews Ruth snyder Sunbury, PA Reviewed : 11/19/2025 Comment : We had such a great experience with Amber. We had to buy a car to replace the one from a recent car accident. My husband recently had major surgery and could not drive. We were lucky to find another Subaru to replace the one that was totaled. We live over an hr away and they were nice enough to deliver our vehicle without any extra charge. We were so impressed with the service they gave us that we would highly recommend buying a vehicle there.
