Comment : I would leave negative stars if i could? if you want your vehicle fixed in a timely manner or like to have any form of communication with the mechanics this is not the place for you. told them 3/27 we needed our kia back before that Monday for work and they never called, never answered the phone. We had to drive up and get the sales people to approve us taking the car with our extra key on Saturday afternoon. Then our warranty part came in so we thought we?d take the Kia back since they still had our keys anyway, made a huge mistake with that one. We dropped it off on Thursday night and told them multiple times we NEED it back on Friday evening.. here it is Tuesday and we still have had 0 contact with the service department because they don?t answer phone calls or return messages.

Comment : We had such a great experience with Amber. We had to buy a car to replace the one from a recent car accident. My husband recently had major surgery and could not drive. We were lucky to find another Subaru to replace the one that was totaled. We live over an hr away and they were nice enough to deliver our vehicle without any extra charge. We were so impressed with the service they gave us that we would highly recommend buying a vehicle there. Thanks again to everyone that made this happen.

Comment : These people suck they don't answer the phone sometimes and when I do call they hang up and when they say they accept bad credit that's a joke my grandma went in and tried to get a vehicle there and they said no be of her credit and they said she didn't have a steady income well then they should accept no one with bad credit but I bet they do which is not fair

Comment : update: my father in law recieved a call from the service manager after many failed attemts to contact him myself and asked him "how much pull" my father in law has and to "talk to your daughter in law" about the review, and gave several excuses to dismiss everything that happened, including that he only got the voicemail from us (yet still failed to call us back).

the service department had my vehicle for 12 days to replace a radiator under warranty. went to pick it up and drove it less than 5 miles away and it overheated. they never connected the hose properly, causing coolant to spray all over my engine bay. waited over an hour for the tow truck to come after being guarenteed it would take no more than 30 minutes. tried to call the service department several times the next day to discuss what happened. left 3 messages (between voicemail and leaving messages with the advisors) for the service manager which I never got a return call. they did me a "favor" and delivered my car to me since I live an hour away. got it back and the inside is covered in grease and they never put coolant back into the reserve tank. after purchasing my vehicle from them less than a year ago, I will not be back.
