Comment : My husband and I were in need of both of our automobiles being serviced for different issues and we decided to use Sunbelt since they had decent reviews. After THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and many weeks, only one vehicle has been fixed. after repeated reassurance that they would take care of it. At this point, I can't ever get in touch with any one who works there. VERY FRUSTRATED.

Comment : I recently moved to Albemarle and the Toyota dealership is a long drive to have my car serviced. I read the reviews for Sunbelt and called. They made the appointment for the next day and they fixed the brakes, new pads, tires and a tuneup all on the same day for a reasonable price. I had explained when I made the appointment that we only had one car, so I dropped off my car, they drove me home and picked me up when they were done. Kudos for the exceptional customer service and workmanship. I will never go anywhere else.

Comment : Carmen is great! My husband & I, as well as our daughter & others in our family have been coming here for years. Not only have we bought a vehicle here but get our cars serviced here regularly. Wouldn't want to use anyone else! Their specials are great too! Gotta follow their Facebook page!

Comment : I was long overdue for an oil change so while I had time during my day I did a web search for what was in the area. I saw Sunbelt Automotive and figured I'd give them a try since I don't exactly enjoy dealing with the mainstream competitors. Wow am I glad I took a chance with them. I am so happy I discovered this hidden gem. Carmen's customer service went above and beyond. That goes a long way for me. The service staff was also affable and efficient. I was out the door within 20 minutes with an inexpensive oil change and an exceptional experience. I will be returning to Sunbelt Automotive again next time.
