Comment : Everyone at the shop is so nice and courteous. Techs are knowledgeable and you can trust that none of them are trying to run up your bill. The courtesy driver is really sweet and really went out of her way to get me home quicker. My car is running so much smoother. They actually caught and fixed a mistake that a drive up oil change did to my car. I will be sending my family here from now on.

Comment : Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Cord. He was so welcoming and friendly. They already had my information and scheduled appointment and went right to work. I was driven home by Donna who was also very nice and friendly. I had to get a new tail light assembly which came in a day later. I will totally be back for my next scheduled appointment!! Thanks Sun Automotive in Springfield Oregon!!! Love the waiting area and great antiques.

Comment : My mom recommended them to me. Since then, I've taken my Tacoma there 4 times now. Its always reasonably priced but the best thing is I dont have to worry about being lied to and made to believe I need a repair or service that I dont need. Nothing worse than taking a vehicle to some other place for 1 thing and they come back with 11 things that need immediate attention. Especially when I did 10 of the things my self within 9 months. Its nice to hear that my vehicle has been well taken care of when, it has been. I recommend Sun Automotive for a lot more reason than I listed. This was on A st in Springfield. However I hear its the same at all their locations. That's the way it should be. Thank you.
