Comment : I went in for a wheel alignment which was not done completely or correctly. I took my car to another shop who told me my car was misdiagnosed and they had to correct my wheel alignment. Sun Auto charged me full price for a job they did not complete and cost me more time and money having to go to another shop to fix their mess. I will not be returning.

I took my truck in for an alignment after getting a new set of tires installed down the street. I paid for the alignment, and when closing time came around, they handed me my keys and said everything was good to go. I trusted Mike and his team, especially since the tires were brand new and should’ve been taken into consideration.

Before taking it in, I had already replaced the inner and outer tie rods myself, so I knew exactly where everything was set. Two days after the alignment, I noticed my front tires were wearing extremely on the outside. I got under the truck to check, and the adjustment nut and locking pin were in the exact same position as before—pin even bent the same way. It honestly looked like nothing had been touched.

I then took it to Brake Check in Round Rock, and they found the toe was extremely off on both sides. They provided a printout showing the before and after adjustments.

Another concern was that Mike mentioned I needed additional suspension work that would’ve cost around $900. Brake Check didn’t find any issues, and my truck has been running great since their alignment.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Comment : Sun Auto was quick and efficient this morning. I was in and out in about 1.5 hrs which was surprising for an oil change and inspection. Very impressed with Sun Auto!

Comment : Michael was my service advisor. I wish I got the techs name. They were great. I drive a high performance truck and was skeptical to take it anywhere outside of my normal shop but I wanted something done in a pinch. Great dudes.
