Comment : On time and fast. Oil change and emissions testing in about 40 minutes. No BS, just service. Didn?t try to upsell me on anything. Didn?t find things that didn?t need servicing. Would definitely recommend.

Comment : Very friendly staff and accommodate walk ins. The waiting area is fairly clean and complementary coffee is available. The service is good and the reports are very elaborate and understandable. Waiting time is long but understandable as they take walk ins. I have been using this shop for nearly 5 years since I moved to this area.

Comment : The general manager at the Georgetown location is the biggest drawback they have. One of the employees admitted that he over-promises and under-delivers to customers. He told me he might be able to get my car done the same day I took it in but it actually took them 3 days to complete the work—with NO communication or updates or apologies from him about the delays. I normally go to Honeas on Williams Drive as they provide much more accurate time estimates and communicate frequently if issues arise. It was a big mistake to use Sun but it won’t happen again unless the GM is gone.
