Comment : There was one person in front of me and Jeffery was helping them. When he was done, he waited 5 minutes before acknowledging us and said he just had to jot something down real quick and will be right with us. We waited about 10 more minutes of him ignoring us, no one else coming out to help and standing there. It wasn't until I asked how much longer it was going to be to drop off my car as I only needed an oil change and a tire rotation. He finally got all my info and it took less than 2 minutes. I went to this place because it was close to my house but now I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes somewhere else than go here again. Really went downhill after management changed.

Comment : I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Sun Auto Service.

I brought my vehicle in for a water pump replacement that was supposed to be covered under warranty. Their staff assured me that they had already ordered the water pump and that it had been replaced.

However, I later discovered that they had only replaced a belt instead of the water pump, despite telling me otherwise. To make matters worse, they never provided me with a proper service report or documentation confirming the work performed.

This is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of customer trust. I relied on their commitments, but instead, I was left with unresolved concerns about my vehicle and the repairs they claimed to have completed.

Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and professional service, especially when dealing with warranty repairs.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others stay away from this location. I feel misled and taken advantage of, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled.

I am requesting that a regional manager, corporate representative, or someone in authority at Sun Auto Service contact me directly, investigate this matter, provide the complete service records, and resolve this issue immediately.

I expect accountability, an explanation, and a proper resolution. This is not how a reputable automotive service company should treat its customers.
