Comment : Just wanted to commend all the guys here at Sun Auto. I bring all of my vehicles here for maintenance and recently brought in my GMC Acadia for a diagnosis on some noises that were concerning me. The mechanic found out what the problem was, and turns out that the work was covered under my warranty. The warranty had some deceptive language though, and we discovered that only a portion of the repairs would be paid. Charlie, one of the service advisors, contacted the warranty company and tried to go to bat for me. When they wouldn't budge on the coverage, Charlie and his manager did everything possible to work with me and apply shop discounts to bring the cost down some. Charlie kept me informed every step of the way and was patient with my questions and the back and forth hassle of dealing with the warranty company. My vehicle was repaired quickly, the noise is now gone, and I can tell a difference in the performance of my vehicle. This is not the first time I have received excellent customer service at Sun Auto. Richard and Nick have also worked with me when we were hit with unexpected repairs. Richard recently advised us on some repairs that should be addressed first and which repairs could wait. He was sympathetic to our budget concerns and was helpful in working with us. Sun Auto offers financing and always has good online coupons. I also like that they have a convenient shuttle service. I really appreciate that the guys here seem to genuinely care about their customers, and I feel very comfortable with their advice and don't feel like they are just trying to take people for a ride and do unnecessary work. Thank you again to the service advisors and mechanics at Sun Auto! We will continue to bring our vehicles here and will recommend this shop to others.

Comment : Just a state inspection, but the service was quicker than expected, they adjusted my tire pressure and the staff was courteous and professional. I'm impressed and will be back.

Comment : Fantastic service. Every time I bring my vehicle over, I go through this cycle of being super-stressed about how much it's going to cost and then being immediately reassured because the staff is always very knowledgeable, very efficient at diagnosing the problem, giving me honest feedback, and never overcharging. I have absolutely no complaints and all praise for this service.

Comment : Absolute clown show. Made an online appointment for an inspection. Showed up. No inspectors in that day. Somehow that did not fall into the "we will notify you if there are any issues with your appointment." Made an appointment for the next day, came in, there was already a 2 hour wait, and I was informed that they CANNOT take appointments for inspections. If you get the guy with the long hair behind the desk, he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.

Comment : Been here a couple of times. Staff is courteous and explain what they recommend. Not very pushy like other places. I haven't had any problems so far.
