Comment : I had a terrible experience at Sun Auto. They first quoted me $1,400 to replace the battery on my Mercedes GLC300. When I asked about the cost of the battery itself, they said $800. I mentioned that the Mercedes dealer quoted me $660, and only then did they agree to price match.

Still, they were charging the same amount for a non-genuine Mercedes battery, which made no sense. After I pushed back, the price magically dropped to $593.

They also tried to charge me for 3 hours of labor. When I told them that was unreasonable, they reduced it to 1.5 hours. It’s clear that if I hadn’t spoken up, I would have been overcharged by a huge amount.

In the end, I still paid $918.99 just for a battery replacement.

I will never come back to this place.

Comment : I had my 4Runner serviced at Sun Auto for new brakes and rotors, and they did an outstanding job. The work was done quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. What impressed me most is the quality of service — they stand by their work with a two-year warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence.

The staff was friendly, transparent about costs, and made the whole process easy. My truck now drives smoothly and feels safe again.

I highly recommend Sun Auto Service to anyone looking for top-notch automotive care at an honest price.

Comment : Went there earlier this week for faulty break lines and got a quote for a suspiciously high price that seemed unreasonable for what it was. I took my car to another shop and they gave me a price that was almost $2000 less for the same service. When I called back to ask for a breakdown of the price and the services they would do, they told me they would call back later that day but never did left me with no clear answer. Very unprofessional and doesn’t value time.
