Comment : I found the staff at Sugar Hill Auto in Newtown , CT to be knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and very professional. They answered any and all questions clearly and concisely and took into great consideration my needs so I was not without my car for any unnecessary amount of time, and they arranged the repairs in such an beautifully organized fashion that I did not need to rent a car. They kept in daily touch with the state of the repair work via text and were actually finished with the job 24 hours prior to my hopes. The car, though 11 years old, was in beautiful condition (taillight and fender) when I picked it up, and an absolutely marvelous surprise was to get it and find it not only gleaming on the outside, but the entire inside cleaned of half a winter's worth of sand and grit! Comment : Brought in my car for repairs from an accident. I was covered through USAA, the shop was nothing but absolutely polite and super helpful as well as kind. They helped me out and were very communicative. When I went to pick up my car I was overjoyed and they had tried to put in a new tail light for me but I had ordered the wrong one..regardless I never asked them to put them to change out the tail light, so it s so awesome that they even thought about doing it. They really put a lot of care into my car, and the even cleaned the exterior and interior!! I didn t know they were going to clean the interior and wish I had completely taken everything out of my car but this is the place to go!!
