Comment : THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC. NOT ONLY WAS MY CAR WAS REPAIRED TO THE ORIGINAL CONDITION, IT WAS FINISHED IN 5 DAYS!!!!!!! HALF THE TIME I WAS QUOTED. I LOVE THE UPDATES ON HOW THE REPAIRS WERE GOING. IF I EVER NEED A REPAIR AGAIN I WILL BE COMING BACK HERE.

Comment : Accidents are no fun, but at least Sugar Hill Auto made the whole repair process easy. Their partnership with Enterprise made swapping cars a breeze and they handled all the paperwork with insurance. They are a preferred shop with NJM and I see why. Patrick was a delight to work with - always keeping me updated and informed. They detailed the car and she came back good as new. They come very highly recommended!

Comment : I had damaged the front end of my Pathfinder and my insurance recommended SugarHill and I could not be happier that I chose this shop to handle the auto body repairs. They 100% exceeded my expectations. From the first calls to schedule to receiving a quote and the drop off for repairs and the final pick up it was the easiest process start to finish. They were extremely helpful and pleasant and had my car ready earlier than the expected repair time. I could not pick up during business hours but was told they could do a late pick up through their convenience store. The ease and flexibility allowed me to have my car back Friday night which worked around my personal schedule. When I picked up my car it looked brand new! It looked better than when I had purchased it from the dealership. They had done a full detail on the vehicle which I was not expecting but was extremely grateful! Car repairs can be stressful but working with SugarHill was stress free and one of the most positive experiences I have had with a service center. If you ever need work done on your car please don?t hesitate to use SugarHill

Comment : Patrick and his team at Sugar Hill Autobody did fantastic work. Not only is my bumper restored, but it's as good as new. And as a courtesy his team buffed out some scratches that I had on my hood, and I am absolutely thrilled. As a double courtesy, my car has been detailed and looks amazing.

I'm so happy to know there's a local business that is going out of its way to exceed customer expectations.

Comment : Sugar Hill Autobody did an amazing job repairing my car after a hit-and-run. They handled absolutely everything — from arranging the Enterprise rental to keeping me updated throughout the process. Cole and Patrick were incredibly kind and professional, sending me regular updates and making sure I understood each step of the repair. My car looks beautiful, like new! I’m very grateful for their excellent work and highly recommend them.

Joe is the man and always takes care of us. They are honest, knowledgeable, and there’s nowhere else I would take my cars in Newtown!
