Comment : "I visited Suffolk Alignment & Car Care Center today to pick up my vehicle after a diagnostic. Unfortunately, my experience was unprofessional and disrespectful from start to finish.
Upon arrival, I approached the cashier's desk where an employee was rude and confrontational?gesturing near my face and repeatedly telling me to 'speak louder.' I told him directly that I did not appreciate how he was speaking to me and that I no longer wished to deal with him. I then moved to the service desk where I spoke with another employee who transferred my information so I could complete payment.
After I paid, I was told to wait outside for my vehicle. I waited ten minutes with no communication and no vehicle delivered. When I returned to the service desk to inquire, a different employee questioned whether I had paid?despite having witnessed my earlier interaction with his colleague. He then asked if I had my keys, despite the simple fact that if I had my keys I wouldn?t be waiting for my car.
I was treated dismissively at multiple touch points by two employees. When a customer states they do not wish to be treated a certain way, employees should listen rather than escalate. When a customer is waiting visibly for their vehicle, proactive communication is expected?not accusatory questioning about payment status.
I expected professional treatment. The experience was unprofessional, repetitive, and lacking basic courtesy. Management should know this is how their customers are being treated."
The two employees were the cashier and the shorter older looking gentleman at the service desk.

Comment : Took my 2008 Ford F-150 to Suffolk Alignment for an alignment and inspection. Total bill was $165.83. before dropping it off I checked to make sure everything would pass inspection that included all lights & signals etc. They replaced a fog light bulb without authorization ($29.86 part & labor) that wasn't bad when I dropped it off. Also, the alignment is the same as it was when I dropped it off (no before & after printout either). Needless to say, I won't be going back and I suggest you use caution when dealing with them because they are shady.

Comment : Amazing! The man answering the phone seemed a little "harsh" if you would. BUT my last call there to pay for rendered services went very well! We laughed about what had happened lol. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop! What really did it for me personally was that this shop could have charged me full price for something they never even did. My car had died on me driving into Suffolk. I got it towed here. It stay over the weekend. While it sat, my fianc? and I bought a new battery, replaced it and nothing worked. So I had to wait till that Monday before Christmas! When they had a chance to check my car out the man called me and said my car was running and that I needed an oil change REALLY BAD! Lol I was baffled because I asked what he did n he said NOTHING! They did a check but that the car turned on when they went to start it! I was in total disbelief. Long story but definitely and finally needed to be said here. Great job to the whole team and thank you so much! I'll be back for my next oil change!

Comment : Drove in for break pads, left with a shredded clutch. Yes, clutches go out, if you were reversing 3000 rpms out of the garage and don't know how to drive a manual.

Comment : I stopped in to get a tire repaired and I had the BEST experience ever! These guys are patient, professional and will get you in and out in no time! I'm not from the area, and was looking for a great mechanic shop! I've definitely found a winner, would give 10 stars if it were possible!

Comment : Scheduled an appointment for a state inspection. They took my car in at the scheduled time. Staff beginning with phone call to schedule appointment through to check out were very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. As long as I am in living in the, area and in need of service to my car, this will be my automotive repair shop of choice. The last shop I took my car to would use the state inspection as a way to sell other work, work that had absolutely nothing to do with the vehicle state inspection per the safety inspection manual. My first impression of this shop, based on my 17 yrs of experience in the automotive industry, is that this shop has integrity and honesty. Highly recommended based on my first experience with them
