Comment : Sudley Car Care Center has been nothing short of exceptional. They are consistently fair, honest, and incredibly supportive every time I bring my vehicles in. Their customer service stands out ? they always let me know when I?m due for an inspection and take the time to walk me through what my car needs. What I appreciate most is how they help me make decisions based on both my budget and my safety. It never feels rushed or pressured, just genuine care and transparency. I trust them completely with my family's vehicle needs. Mark and team have a long term customer and I highly recommend them.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I?ve been going to this shop for a while now, and they?ve always been honest, upfront, and trustworthy. Mark and Tyler took great care of me during a recent car issue and were empathetic and transparent about my options. This is easily one of the most trusted auto centers in Northern Virginia.

Comment : I stopped at Sudley Car Care today to have a safety inspection performed on my car. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and very personable. While I waited for my inspection to be done, lots of customers came into the lobby, and the staff seemed to know each one of them. They didn’t have to even give their names or any info. Just dropped their keys and told them what was needed and left, to return again later for their vehicle. Obviously this place serves a lot of repeat clients, and I will be one now as well. I also later learned this is a long standing family business, so that resonated with me as well. A well-deserved 5-star review.
