Comment : 5 stars if you're a man, but 1 star if not when you go here. Been going here for years without issue. However, when I sold my car to my teenage daughter and had her take it in for an oil change, it was a completely different experience. Even though this was a car they did the 30K mile maintenance on 6 months before, they still tried to sell her on doing it again. They even tried to tell her she needed a new engine air filter that was recently replaced and still white. Not to mention new tires that aren't needed yet at 50% more than what I would expect to pay. Extremely disappointed.

Comment : I took my husband's Ram pickup truck to get the emissions done. When the mechanic saw the truck, he said you are probably are going need new tires they look very worn. I did have to get new tires! The truck had about 33,000 miles. Everyone that worked there was very nice, helpful, & knowledgeable. I asked if they would drop me off at the Target/TJ Maxx shopping center near there & they did. A few hours later, they came back to pick me up after installing new tires, all wherl alignment, & emissions. They were all professional and very kind. I also appreciate the fact they didn't try to get me to replace or buy other parts that were not needed. They were honest and the prices on the tires were very reasonably priced.
