Comment : George of Keene Subaru is a life saver. When my 2019 needed major work he negotiated with the warranty company and got all the repairs done under the warranty, and fixed a few minor issues as well!
What could have been a nightmare turned into to be stress free as a result
of the excellent service. George answered my SOS after hours and had me bring the car in the next morning. A beautiful 2025 loaner was waiting for me and I was on the road in a half hour. George checked in on a regular basis to keep me informed.
Keene is my go to Subaru Dealer without question and I have recommended them to others. Thank you for the excellent service!

Comment : Subaru was fantastic. I was in an accident in January and the car was totaled. We made the decision to get a Subaru. Kyle met us with a smile and a plethora of information. We drove many choices and decided to order the new remodeled 2026 Outback. The color choice we wanted was a bit harder to get and Craig got on it and dug as deep as he could. We ended up waiting for one which was ok. They were great and arranged for a loaner for part of that time as I needed wheels. The price was fair and the Finance team was efficient and competent. The car is fantastic and we are thrilled with it and the experience there. I feel very confident that the service I will receive there will be as top notch as the sales department was. I would highly recommend anyone going there knowing that you will be taken care of and not be harassed but made comfortable to choose what you want.
