Comment : I am not happy with the car that was sold to me at Subaru Keene. I was told that it had been checked out and everything was fine with it. Less than 6 months later, when I brought it to another Subaru dealer for its 90000 check, I found out that the oil pan needed changing, some brake parts needed changing and a strut needed replacement. In addition, the heater on the passenger seat did not work and the roof bar could not be moved to another position. This car had not been checked out thoroughly and was over priced for the condition it was in.

Comment : I recently bought a car through Subaru of Keene, and it has been the perfect ride to get me to and from school. This company has gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied, taken care of, and most importantly- in a safe vehicle. Craig Bourassa helped me more than necessary, and I am extremely grateful to him and this company. I ❤ Subaru, forever!

Comment : You can't beat the customer service team's knowledge about the Subaru brand and their collaboration with the mechanical and tech teams is noticeable. They give you vehicle a thorough inspection everytime you're there and you get the results in print! That's like a big security blanket.

Comment : I am a firm believer in routine maintenance and since moving back to the Monadnock area in 2018 I have had Subaru of Keene do all my maintenance on my 2016 Forester. Most of the time I have waited in their comfortable customer lounge, but on occasion when the service was more involved, I have utilized their excellent shuttle. The service manager keeps you up to date on their progress including any issues they may have found complete with informative videos of the issue including cost and additional time needed. I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work or the cost.

Comment : Got my car DETAILED while it was in getting some work done - they did a PHENOMENAL job. The interior was in REALLY rough shape from years of transporting dogs and kids… they got it to a point that I didn’t think was even possible. Somehow they got the smells and stains out completely. My car feels new again… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
