Comment : Im most dissatisfied with service today. I'm very close to slamming very bad ratings across the internet on all reviews venues ! I made a 7am appointment for today. I woke up at 5am to make sure to be there at 6:30 am . I was second in line. Two cars behind d me got thier hood numbers before me. Then more cars moved ahead of me. I was instructed to wait in the lobby and that it would be 1-1/2 hr maximum wait. TWO AND ONE HALF HOURS GO BY ! IT WAS 9:30 AM !!!!! 2-1/2 hrs for only two front tire to be swapped out ! That was the last straw. I SPOKE STEARNLY WITH Byron of my frustration and that I was going to the service bay personally if results didn't happen immediately. It only takes 30 minutes tops to swap out two tires ! I know this as I worked in a mechanic shop in the past . After ten minutes with no reassurance, I walked out to the service lot of see if my car was on the lift. It Finally was and I turned back to return the lobby. Then this big Ape of a man comes up to me with arems spread wide as to huddle me out and in a very combative manner TOLD ME REPEATEDLY TO GET OUT AND THAT I DON'T BELONG THERE. I told him not to worry , that I was leaving. He persisted to chastise me . He could have been polite and kept things copacetic. But I guess you all like to hire big bearded apes with peanut sized brains. Am I to expect this type of service from now on ? What's the use of having an appointment and arriving at 6:30 am ? This made me late for my client in the Hollywood Hills. I had no excuse except to apologize deeply for making them wait needlessly. What have you to say in response ? Then I got a call from a woman from the dealership asking what can she do for me. I stated that they had the chance yesterday and that I was disappointed. Then I proceeded to explain and in the middle of my speech she said, thank you for your concern and hung up on me !" I called right back and the receptionist stated that the woman was on a call and couldn't speak. Perhaps customer service needs better training. I have put in a request to have Jobe the general manager to call me back since he was busy as well and I was not given a direct number to his desk. Perhaps I need to speak with the regional manager .
