Comment : Had the car about 2 weeks. I've noticed it take a long time for the engine to warm up. Contacted Strong and he said it would be $160.00 to change out the thermostat. I can do it myself In less than 10 minutes for $17.00 and change. Guess he doesn't want my business. No problemo!

Comment : I recently moved to the area from upper Fairfield County, Connecticut. Having maintained my Volvo well, I was looking for an honest and reliable mechanic. After visiting Firestone in Vernon, I was immediately dissatisfied as they attempted to commit a fraud on me. Strong's Auto Care is without a doubt one of the best locations I've encountered since I've lived in South Windsor, and I highly recommend it. The level of customer service and hospitality is impeccable. I was taken care of from the beginning to the end by Rebecca.
