Comment : Rich Strong y Tom Strong forman un gran equipo y son pilares fundamentales para el negocio en la ciudad de Sputh Windsor.

Han sido mis mecánicos y los de mi familia de confianza durante más de una década. Los he recomendado a muchos amigos y ninguno ha tenido una mala experiencia.

Comment : Because of a communication breakdown within the shop, I paid approximately $40 to address a leak in my left rear tire, only to learn later that the tire I brought the vehicle in for was never repaired. Instead, the right rear tire was repaired after a nail was reportedly found in it, despite my tire pressure monitoring system ONLY indicating an issue with the left rear tire, which was the specific concern I brought the vehicle in to have addressed. I ultimately took the vehicle to Town Fair Tire, where the actual issue was identified and fixed for $13.75.

Mistakes happen, but repairing the wrong tire, failing to verify the customer's complaint, and sending a vehicle out twice without addressing the actual issue is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. For anyone interested in the full timeline, the details are below.

While the staff was initially pleasant and professional, a communication breakdown resulted in the wrong tire being repaired. I was told the issue had been identified and fixed, yet when I picked up the vehicle, the tire pressure warning light was still on and the same tire was still reading low. I returned immediately, and after a brief visit in the shop, the warning light was off and I was sent on my way.

Later that evening, the left rear tire was completely flat. Since this happened on a Friday and the shop is closed on weekends, I was left dealing with the issue until Monday.

After obtaining a second opinion, I learned that nothing had been done to the left rear tire. When I returned to Strong's, I was shown a patch that had been installed in the right rear tire instead. A gentleman at the shop spoke directly with the mechanic and determined that my concern had been miscommunicated during the original visit, causing the technician to focus on the wrong tire.

The result was multiple trips, a wasted weekend, additional expense, and having to go elsewhere to resolve the original problem.

Comment : Tuve un problema con el rodamiento de una rueda de mi Prius, que tenía muchísimos kilómetros. No solo tenían el mejor precio, sino que lo arreglaron al día siguiente. Fueron increíblemente amables y atentos. Más tarde, apareció un nuevo ruido en la misma rueda que resultó no estar relacionado. Pero dos técnicos interrumpieron su trabajo, revisaron las cuatro ruedas, diagnosticaron el problema y encontraron otro pequeño fallo. Fueron muy amables y me explicaron cómo solucionarlo yo mismo. En resumen, una experiencia excelente.

Los recomiendo ampliamente.

Comment : Mi esposo y yo decidimos llevar nuestra camioneta SUV de diez años a un servicio de limpieza a fondo antes de la visita de unos familiares que vienen de lejos. Los recogeremos en el aeropuerto y luego les prestaremos el auto durante su estancia. El personal de Strong's fue muy amable, puntual, profesional y minucioso. La experiencia fue fantástica y el auto luce como nuevo. (Estoy pensando en revisar que no tenga pelusa antes de que se sienten en él). ¡Gracias, Strong's!

Comment : Had a minor accident and brought it in to Strong. Tom Strong took care of my car did a beautiful job and detailed the whole inside. They are so reasonably priced and so responsive. I just want Tom and the whole team to know how much I appreciated what they did.

Comment : Recibes lo que pagas, e incluso menos. El año pasado contraté a Rich Strong, el dueño, para reparar el marco metálico que sostiene el parabrisas de mi vehículo. Este año tuvieron que rehacer todo el trabajo. Usaron la junta equivocada y apareció óxido, lo que significa que no aplicaron imprimación antes de pintar el metal. Y ni siquiera igualaron el color de la pintura, por lo que quedó un borde de 1 cm alrededor de todo el parabrisas.

Para rehacer el trabajo, contraté a Oleander's en Vernon. Todo el marco debajo del parabrisas estaba corroído y oxidado. En Oleander's arreglaron un trabajo chapucero y mi vehículo salió de allí mejor que nuevo. Al final, recibes lo que pagas.

Además, en Strong's me dijeron que tendría el vehículo de vuelta en una semana. Tardaron tres semanas y habrían tardado más si no les hubiera insistido para que terminaran el trabajo y me devolvieran el vehículo. Un trabajo de pésima calidad en general y una total falta de consideración hacia el cliente. Si buscas drama en tu vida y no te importa mucho tu vehículo, este es tu sitio. Si quieres tratar con un profesional, Rich no es la persona indicada. Un verdadero desastre.

Comment : You get what you pay for, and less. Hired Rich Strong, the owner, to repair the metal-surround supporting the windshield on my vehicle last year. This year had to have the whole job redone. They used the wrong gasket and rust surfaced, which means they did not primer before they painted the raw metal. And they did not even match the paint, so there was a 3/8 inch border around the entire windshield. To redo the job, I hired Oleander's in Vernon. The entire frame beneath the windshield was corroded and rusting. Olender's fixed a botched up job and my vehicle came out of there better than new. In the end, you get what you pay for. Plus, Strong's said I would have the vehicle back in 1 week. It took them 3 weeks and would have taken longer if I had not nudged them to finish the job and give me my vehicle back. Poor quality workmanship all around and zero regard for the customer as well. If you want drama in your life and don't care that much about your vehicle, this is the place for you. If you want to deal with a professional, Rich is not your guy. A true NO value establishment.
