Comment : My daughter is at a local college and was having car troubles. I contacted a local resident whom I know for a trustworthy mechanic reference. He quickly told me of Straws Auto. I called them on Monday morning, and they pencilled me in for a Thursday morning. Once I arrived, they were ready for me and had the car on the lift within minutes. They were honest with me about what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. They then were able to give me a lift back to my daughter's school. I was able to pay over the phone the next day, and she was able to pick it up with a friend. The whole process was seamless and professional. They were honest and friendly, and should my daughter need car repair again, I don't need to travel out to help her; she can go to Straws, and will receive great service.

Comment : The Garage/Mechanic we had been taking our cars to for service for the last twenty years closed due to retirement. I engaged in a little research to find a new Garage and ultimately selected Straws AutoCare in Dillsburg. We recently took both of our cars in for normal service and a spark plug change. Jeremy got both vehicles in on time and completed the work earlier than scheduled.
