On top of this, because he wouldn't take my voucher for my oil change, he denied me the rest of my appointment. They did not replace my break pads, rotate my tires, ect which I would have paid for separately and was part of my scheduled appointment. It was blatantly because he wanted to get out of work as quickly as he could. Why should you trust your car with people who are trying to cut corners so they can get home faster? How can you guarantee they won't purposefully skip something to ensure they get off work earlier?'>

Comment : I understand working customer service on weekends sucks but it's no reason to treat your customers this way. I came in for a 12000 mile service: needing my oil changed, tires rotates, brake pads replaced, and air filter replaced. I called the number on their website to schedule it. I had a voucher I purchased when I purchased the vehicle saying I could get oils for free but the other stuff would be charged. I presented my voucher service and Victor Iglesias said this dealership couldn't honor my voucher because he didn't want to call the other dealership since there were only two people working the register area and even if he did they wouldn't honor it on weekends. Firstly, there were two people manning the register area, so if he stepped away for twenty minutes to make the call they would not be left unmanned and it would be excuse to get away from customers. Secondly, saying you can't offer a voucher oil change on weekends is ridiculous. It's an oil change, your mechanics can change oil on weekends. I pointed this out and he said they phone calls had been contracted to a separate company that doesn't have necessary scheduling information and if I wanted accurate scheduling information I had to call a service agent directly. That's fine, I understand he does not control if the dealership outsources it's call lines. However, it's only on the customer service agent (him) that they need to sign off on the wavier and he blatantly told me he doesn't want to because it's the weekend and they close at 3 pm (I checked in for my scheduled appointment around 1:15 pm). He offered to call the dealership I got my voucher from at a later date. I understand it sucks to be forced to work weekends but you need to take that up with your manager. Making phone calls is part of your job as customer service and is expected of you during your scheduled working hours.

Comment : I bought used from Stohlman and traded in. Overall had a great experience with Gerik and Danny. Felt like I got a fair deal on both the used car and the trade in. Only complaint is that the whole process (test drive thru leaving with used car) took a long time, about 5.5 hours.
