Comment : It took a little longer for repairs than we thought it would or should take. However they were very busy. A veri irate customer was there complaining about his inspection not being done and was just screaming at the woman at the counter who wasn't even there when he brought the car into shop. Really no excuses for such behavior at all. Things happen all the time it doesn't give anyone the right to make some feel intimidated because something went wrong. Ask for a manager and deal with that person. You get alot further with sugar and not so much with pis and vinegar

Comment : Just bought our second car from them. Extremely happy with the wonderful service we got. They are so honest, that when they noticed a possible issue with the car we originally picked out, they pointed it out, so we would leave with a car in perfect shape! Not many used car dealerships would have done that! 🙂. They also have the best service dept for inspections and car repair. Cant praise them enough. Have used them for my other cars rather than even dealerships i have bought them from.

Comment : Had this garage Mount and balance a set of new tires for me and they neglected to replace the valve stems as should be done with any new tire installation. Ended up having one of the valve stems leak less than a week later and had to pay $50 for a flat repair service at another garage. When I called to ask if they replaced the 15 year old valve stems they told me that this garage only replace valve stems if you ask. Ludicrous laziness. The tires that came off the vehicle were 15 years old and they were aware of it. Do not take your vehicle here. They do not care about your safety!

Comment : Decent service, but sold us a 12,000 truck that needs all kinds of work. I understand some small things, But within a month and soon as we drove off the lot, shouldn’t have to go by four new tires and most of the suspension is making all kinds of noise so now I’ve gotta spend thousands of dollars on suspension

Comment : Poor Communication and Lack of Consideration

This is long but worth the read.

I sent my car in because the emission light was on. I took it in in the morning and they said they would call me when done. They close at 5, 4:50 comes and I receive no call. I call them and they said they are still working on it and would need to stay overnight. Maybe a little heads up? I needed the car because it has our two car seats and my wife needed the car in the morning. Ridiculous I had to call for that information.

The guy on the phone wasn’t a mechanic and was not helpful. I should have asked to speak to a mechanic, or maybe he could just put the mechanic of the phone and speak to em, instead of putting me on hold and going back and forth 3 times. But I digress.

Here is the kicker with this guy:

His suggestion was to leave the seats outside for me to pickup, assuming I had another vehicle.

Really?

My mechanic of 5 years retired, great and reliable. I had this same issue with my car last year and he was able to fix it in a half day. What were they doing with my car all day? I guarantee the women working front desk will respond and say they worked on this at the end of the day and they weren’t expecting the issues they found. Which is what she told me. Which is fine, but when was I going to get a call saying they may need it overnight?

I was told I needed to pay for the diagnostic fee, which I reluctantly paid. I’m all for paying for labor. I get it. But again, what were they doing with my car all day? I drove by the shop around 2, and my car was in the same exact spot.

Communication is key and they failed. I wanted to give these people a try, needless to say, not impressed. Think twice before bring your car here. Suspect. I will bring my business elsewhere
