Comment : Knowledgeable, keeps up with communication and services. Will not start any service needs until inspected and authorized by customer. The service was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, and the whole process was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend them. Comment : Got to the service area with an appointment. Still told the time would be about 3 hours, FOR an oil change. Ican do at any oil dedicated business and it is like 20 minutes. What was the appointment time even for? Told they have to order a filter, cause they don't have hyundai filters, that will take about an hour. Again, what was an appointment made for? They knew I was coming and that it is a hyundai. I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE HERE ABOUT A MONTH AGO. They talked me into pre paid oil changes paid during the loan. Would have thought they knew they would have needed some hyundai filters.
