Comment : All good except for a $39 ?shop charge fee? tacked on end of invoice. Unexplained. P&OH costs are built into parts & labor. $39 seems unnecessary.

Comment : Jesse is ALWAYS great a d my whole family's go to service man. He is the total best. Easy to make appointments and the service work i have gotten as been top notch. Not so much on computer entries of vehicle. We as a family ha e bought idk 4 or 5 new auto from SMH My Son, my son in law, my wife 2 ti.es me 2 times. Eveytime I call it's like Iam A new customer. Have all of us in wrong cars.. When I explai ed yo girl up front it was all confusion. Got tired of trying g to fix it and just go with it. Tried several times. Anyway if not for Jesse i would shop elsewhere.. The service guys are ALL so nice and accommodating. We love SMH.
