Comment : I had a bad Monday morning , and I also had a service appointment for my car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was shocked by Farzin's attitude. He asked how I was, quickly checked in my car, introduced me to the service advisor, invited me for coffee, and proved to me that. There are still great people in the world.

Comment : I wouldn t even leave a star for this BMW dealer. As a loyal BMW owner with four BMWs, this has been the worst experience I ve ever had. Their sales manager, Zel, was completely unprofessional in handling customer negotiations his attitude was aggressive and dismissive. Despite my sincere effort to close a deal quickly, he made it seem like he didn t want my business at all. I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone. Comment : I was trying to help my neighbor get a radio code for her BMW, these people put me on endless hold and transferred me to some VM!! Comment : BY FAR the best experience I???ve ever had. Kudos to Tina and Mike! I have purchased several vehicles out of state in the last few years because I???m very particular about the exact features, colors, etc. of the vehicle. This experience was far and away better than any other. Mike and Tina were very responsive and honest; they coordinated all the logistics and solved all the problems inherent in buying a car in California (sight unseen) and having it shipped to Texas for licensing and registration.
