Comment : I had a 10:00 am appointment and car sat in a line of at least 20 cars until 11:10. I feel like I'm in a Seinfeld episode! Why have an appointment if you are required to sit and wait because the service department is "super busy." Andy Mohr Honda sucks!

Comment : Tyler and Chris are my favorite! They both take the time to help if they can. Yes, you will pay more at the dealership but you know it’s done right. If not, they will do their best to make it right!

Comment : Scheduled an oil change, get my receipt after the service and it said I called with 4 complaints that needed fixed and we declined service!! That was a lie!! Said had a bad leak . Don’t you think I would see an oil leak on my garage floor if it TRULY had a BAD leak?! Called to ask for an explanation, that got no where. I wanted it removed off the initial report , they said it was already closed couldn’t remove. They did honor a 15.00 off coupon. I am looking into this . Disappointing for sure.

You guys ROCK !!!!! 💪'>

Comment : Brought my 2013 Accord in for Recall work. Jason McConnell in the service dept. was awesome and worked with the service tech to ensure that the work would be done in time for my wife and I to make it back to our hometown in time for an appointment for my wife.
The dealership has a courtesy driver named George who was the coolest guy I've met in some time. He drove my wife and myself across town to Chick-fil-A and dropped us off. After we were done with our lunch, he came back to pick us up. Upon dropping us back off at the dealership, we learned that my car was finished an hour earlier than had been quoted. They even washed my car after the work was done. Kudos to the Josh, George & the Tech(s) that took care of us.
You guys ROCK !!!!! 💪

Comment : I never thought I’d have to deal with the car alarm in my 2017 Honda Fit going off randomly. After two weeks, a new car battery and new key fob battery, the alarm was still going off every day. I was at my wits end and decided to take my car to the service center at Andy Mohr Honda. I ended up having to take it in twice because it could’ve been one or two different car parts causing the alarm malfunction. But the service team allowed me to drop it off both times and leave it until they could find time to work on it, and they provided me with a loaner vehicle. It was a stressful and expensive situation, but they got it fixed! Now I don’t panic any time I hear a car alarm.

Comment : I purchased a 2019 Tesla on April 15 from Andy Mohr. Kelsea Roberts was very good as far as the sales part of the experience. However, within 30 days of taking possession of the car, the low-voltage battery died and had to be replaced. Since the closest Tesla dealership is in Indianapolis, I had to have the car towed there. That was $350. Tesla was not going to be able to get to the diagnostics until the following week, so I had to get an Uber to the bus station and take the bus back to Bloomington. When Tesla called letting me know the battery needs replaced, I find out that that's going to be $650. So now, I'll have to take another bus to Indy, take an Uber to Tesla, and pay $650 to get my car back. I contacted service at Andy Moher, to let them know the situation, but they wouldn't cover the cost nor even partial coverage. They didn't test the batteries before selling me the car because "they don't service Teslas". I get that, but I think it's the right thing to do to cover my expenses as part of good customer service. I suppose my satisfaction with the total experience within 30 days of sale is not worth the cost of ethically doing the right thing. Buyer Beware!

Comment : My battery died the other day on my CRV. Before I jumped it , I called Andy Mohr requesting that I bring the vehicle in. Usually all repairs need to be scheduled, but I was relieved that they could fit me into their busy schedule. They replaced the battery promptly which I appreciated.
