Comment : I don't normally leave reviews, but they did such an amazing job at Caliber Collision that not leaving a review doesn't feel right. They did such an amazing job fixing my car after I got sideswiped, they even smoothed out some other marks outside of the area they needed to paint. They got everything fixed early, and it felt like they actually wanted to help rather than just doing a job. 10/10, if you go here you will not be disappointed.

Comment : The work itself looks good, but unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the overall experience because of the repeated inconsistencies and conflicting information I was given throughout the process.

The bumper did not arrive when I was told it would, and I received completely different information depending on who I spoke with. The receptionist told me one thing, while my representative told me something else. That lack of communication made the entire process unnecessarily frustrating.

The work should never have been started until all of the necessary materials had arrived. Starting the job without having everything available ultimately created delays and inconvenience that could have been completely avoided.

I was also told that there would probably be some wiggle room with the final price, which set an expectation that there might be some adjustment. In the end, there was absolutely no flexibility whatsoever. I found that extremely misleading, especially given what I had been told beforehand.

While I am satisfied with the quality of the completed work, the poor communication, conflicting information, delays, and misleading expectations regarding the final price have left me very unsatisfied with the overall experience. I would not recommend this business.
