Comment : My experience with caliber was outstanding from the friendly knowledge service to the timely repair. The paint was matched perfectly and I appreciate they didn't use bondo in the repair it looks perfect.

Comment : So so happy to have my car back, looks great, smells good. I was clearly excited and anticipating getting my car back, they let me come get it back even when they had already closed for the day which was an huge weight off my shoulders and I was so relived. I appreciated them doing that for me. Hated that stupid rental car, terrible sound system. The guy I picked up from, uh Jordan??? Justin? I think it's Jordan, super nice and very friendly, he helped me move all my stuff from the rental back to my car and even help me clean up glass from something I broken in the trunk :') i felt very taken care of and I was impressed at their tentativeness and kindness. Even on the phone the people I spoke to didn't sounds like that hated their lives or wanted to hurt me, like a lot of customer service reps do. Overall enjoyable experience. I hope they're treated good at work! Good experience and will be recommending my friends and family.

Comment : Where to begin with this shop... Run the other way, don?t look back? Now, Story time: took a brand new truck in (hadn?t had an oil change yet) to repair a large scratch down the bed, rightfully so, they ?tried? to repaint the bed, told me it was done, I get there and see nibs ALL OVER, so I point this out, they agree it?s bad work and promise to fix it after explaining to me that they are the ?fast food? of repair shops and have a really bad spray booth. Real words of affirmation? So they take the truck back I come back again after they have it for more time, now this time we have MORE NEW ISSUES? they had tape lines from where they didn?t polish under the bed rail, fish eye all over, and even burnt through the paint and created a brand new ~1? scratch by the gas cap. Ridiculous?. Not to mention the whole truck is being returned to me splattered in the compound they didn?t clean up. So! They agree it looks like a pile of you know what, and repaint it AGAIN! Now this time when I pick it up, it looks decent? finally? but the bed of my truck is still covered in compound, the stereo is left full volume, the seat is suspiciously adjusted way out of my personal setting and they put 50 miles on my truck? soooo where was my truck being driven around??? Great question, I?ll never know, because I?ll never go back.
