Comment : We shopped several different dealerships, such as Cadillac, Volvo, and Lexus, trying to replace my Ford Edge as it is no longer being produced. Not only did we love the Nautilus, but my husband and I enjoyed the purchasing experience at State Motors which is something we usually dread. Chris Moranville was spectacular as our sales associate, including explaining the car's features, Lincoln's processes, and State Motors' philosophy. He accommodated my crazy work schedule by answering questions at odd hours and arranging an early morning test drive. Due to a recall issue, it took a little longer to be able to pick up the car. Chris constantly updated us allowing us to pick up the car as soon as it was available. Chris also did the most thorough introduction to a car that we have ever experienced! As a result, I have not had any questions about the car's features. Chris also has a great sense of humor which we loved. We really appreciated the opportunity to meet with: Jimmy, who completed the update and will be our service tech going forward; Jonathan Grant, one of the the owner's sons who oversees the service side of the business; and Christopher Grant, another son who oversees operations and drives a Nautilus too. In fact, Christopher showed us how to deactivate the child locks. We shared our experiences with other dealers with the Grants and explained how much we valued the difference at State Motors. We also want to thank Lyndsay Miller who helped work with our credit union on our financing.
