Comment : Do yourself a favor and never buy a vehicle from them! There is not enough space to type what we went through! The people in their service department are absolutely horrible!!! All of our issues were covered under warranty and they tried to make us pay for things. Most recently, they rebuilt our transmission, or parts of it as they stated but could not elaborate. Also said they fixed our sunroof that was supposedly fixed back in January according to our paperwork. I guess they “fixed” it again and wanted money for it. Not happening! They were completely rude! Never going there again! I hope this helps others find another dealership!

Comment : I had a great experience with State College Ford. From looking on their website to find a vehicle that fit our needs to the explanation of the features of the vehicle, everything was fast, easy, and enjoyable. We found the car we were looking for online, we spoke with Barry at State College Ford, he gave us a fair trade in value for our car and we got employee pricing. The financing process was quick and easy. Delivery was done so that we knew everything that we needed to know to maximize the use of all of the features of the new car. I can't say enough positive things about this process.

Comment : The buying process was extremely easy. The vehicle was pristine and delivery was seamless.
Sydney was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and went over the options so I was comfortable before leaving the lot.
My certified pre-owned Lincoln Corsair has been the best vehicle I've owned. It's pure luxury and has alot of pep with the 2.3L engine.

Comment : Found a vehicle on the website I would honestly purchase during the employee pricing event Ford has going on but unlike all the other Ford dealerships I have looked at this one "did not list the employee pricing on their vehicles". A very big Red Flag to me. If a dealership cannot be up front in their pricing and have all of it spelled out like other dealerships have then this is a dealership I would never do business with.

Comment : Had a very good no pressure sales experience at State College Ford, was impressed that the dealer principal got involved and helped close the deal. Have only put 71 miles on the new truck so far , love it . Hoping it is as good or better than my 2020 I traded in.

Comment : I have used this Ford Dealer since my first 2012 Ford(s) bought there. They are fair in price, keep you informed. They accept Tire Rack deliverers to mount your tires if they don't have what you want. Prices are fair, some times less, some times more but always a fair price for the repair. I would recomend them for your Ford repair needs. And any car tyers that need replaced. Just need to schedule always busy.I have used this Ford Dealer since my first 2012 Ford(s) bought there.
