Comment : I knew visiting State College Ford was going to be worth the 2+ hour drive as soon as I spoke with their employee, Sydney, on the phone. Excellent customer service, professional, and straightforward all at once. The vehicle I ended up purchasing was promptly ready to go for a test drive when I arrived and all questions answered. The patience she, her manager (Andy), and Arturo showed me while finalizing details confirmed that I was in the right place with the right people. No gimmicks and no issues when I brought up any concerns. Couldn’t be happier with my Bronco from here or how they went above and beyond for me service-wise. If you’re from out of town, I assure you it’s worth the drive and working with them.

Comment : Best car buying experience I ever had! Jordan was amazing and took care of everything so quickly and efficiently! He went above and beyond and kept in constant contact about the whole process with a dealer trade. The entire deal was made within minutes, not hours like other dealerships. They gave me the max listed for my trade too. No messing around and the finance department wasn’t pushy at all whereas other dealerships they keep you there 2 hours extra trying to sell you things you don’t want or need. I couldn’t have had a better experience and was so pleased.
