Comment : I always have a great experience when I visit this ford! Jim is sooo helpful and incredibly nice! I tend to stay/ wait for my cars and he gives me realistic wait timeframes and checks in to make sure I’m doing okay (great customer service!). Considering how many cars they work on, the wait time isn't bad either. They also do great work in diagnosing and the issue at a reasonable price!
