Comment : I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire team at Star Motors for an absolutely outstanding experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care.

The service advisors were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure I understood everything that was being done to my vehicle. They were easy to talk to and really made me feel like a valued customer.

I also want to give special thanks to the mechanic who worked on my car—it’s clear they treated it with care and attention to detail. The work done was top-notch, and my car has never run better.

This was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Star Motors to friends and family. Keep up the amazing work!

Comment : This was our first time using Star Motors to service our Mercedes. Kurt was our service representative. He gave me a tour of their business. I liked what I saw, other high end cars being serviced, a clean and organized shop area, and friendly staff. The car was ready when they promised washed and ready to go. I will be back.

Comment : I had a great experience in the lobby talking to your staff, very happy in being transported back and forth, and seemingly reasonable and fair cost of the repairs, but I haven't driven a car more than 7 miles yet to give my statement regarding the work being done.
I shall notify you when appropriate miles the car has been driven.

Comment : Staff is very nice and Kurt is very helpful. Unfortunately the technicians lack expertise and misdiagnosed the issue on my car. They do a good job for some basic annual maintenance items but in my experience they also make unnecessary recommendations for other items. As a long time client I have always appericated Kurt's kindness and he makes it right as they make many errors. Unfortunately I can no longer accept their last screw up. I left a message for the owner, Chris two weeks ago and I was told he was very busy and that he will call me back. Still waiting for his call!

Comment : Brought my 2017 Mercedes Benz E300 for front brake pads yesterday and had a great experience. Finished on time at the price quoted. For sure using Star Motors moving forward for my car service and repairs. Highly recommend!
