The staff was professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! I am pleased and will consider this my "go to" establishment for my vehicle.

Comment : 2nd and final time using them. 1st time was a dealer appointment for them to fix my ABS control module last year. The 2nd time I had the car towed there this past weekend. Cost was outrageous. Also, attention to detail is non existent.

Comment : I called to make an appointment for the B Service on my car. They had availability the next morning. I arrived on time and was taken care of immediately. The work was done in a couple hours. And I KNOW it was done correctly. I ve visited with the tech, Chris, before on one of my other cars and he really knows his stuff! Overall Star is excellent. Comment : Exceptional service at Star European Repair! They accommodated my schedule quickly and saved me $400 on repairs for my Porsche. Not only did they honor their phone quote, they actually charged me significantly less on the final invoice. Comment : I am so disappointed with this place. I took my Mercedes 1999 to get worked on. They told me they could repair my transmission so we brought it in.After we left it took them two months to be done and would seem annoyed if we would call to check in on the car which seemed odd. When we got the car back we paid nearly 2,000 and soon as I started it it didn t sound right but I still felt I had to try and drive it. We got only two miles out of the car after leaving until it broke down but of course they had closed by then and it was a Friday so I had to wait till the following Monday. When we called they were not helpful at all and said that they will need to change the entire transmission which will cost $9,000 more that I don t have. So now I am out of a car and will have to spend more trying to fix it after two months when it didn t even last 20min!!!
