Comment : I am writing to formally express serious concerns following recent service performed on my 2020 Porsche Macan. I brought my vehicle in for replacement of the brake pads and rotors. However, upon receiving my car, I discovered that the brakes were not functioning properly.

The braking system appears to be in a hazardous condition—there is a strong burning smell and a loud noise when attempting to brake. Earlier today, I narrowly avoided a serious accident due to the brakes not engaging as expected.

Additionally, I noticed that the calipers, which were originally red to match the vehicle’s interior, were changed to silver without my consent. This modification was not authorized and is unacceptable.

These issues raise significant safety and quality concerns. If this matter is not addressed and resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to pursue legal counsel to ensure that my rights and safety are protected.

I expect a prompt response and a clear resolution plan.

Comment : My son recommended them to me after Audi couldn't find my vehicle for approximately 20 minutes. Star European repair is one of the best automobile repair shops I've been to. They kept me apprised every day. If I had a question, they got back to me quickly. But most impressively they were genuinely nice and understood how frustrating it is when your vehicle is out of order. After all the work they did on my vehicle, I was terrified of what the bill was going to be. They charged a fair and reasonable priceb, no price gouging. I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I expected it to be double from what they changed me
I can't recommend them highly enough!
