Comment : Tessa was able to get my car in the day after I called to schedule a routine oil change and was really impressed. Jose, Tessa and the other staff members was courteous, friendly, informative, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. They even checked my fluids and tire pressure at no extra cost. This is my second time getting an oil change here. Definitely coming back next time!

Comment : We have used Star European to repair and service our 3 MB’s for a number of years (and thousands of dollars ). I appreciate their ability to repair the hydraulic vario roof on my R170. Sadly, I am not able to provide another favorable review. After several visits for the same system, my car was returned to me with a broken hood release lever. The release lever was hanging from the undersurface of the driver side dash. Interestingly, they were completely silent about how someone managed to break it. I have spoken to service advisors, and anyone else who would listen, but there seems to be a lack of interest. I can use duct tape to keep the lever off my leg, and the silver duct tape matches my car’s paint.
