The first repair was for a coolant leak, and I also had them replace the A/C radiator for the A/C system. The coolant system leak went repair went well, but the windshield washer was not working following the repair and my front windows auto up and down stop working. The A/C does NOT get very cold. Additionally, I requested the noise in the fount end. . . This was not addressed. Additionally, my windows up and down now has an issue.The second repair was for power steering and noise under the car. They repaired the power steering, but failed to address the noise under the car I asked them to address. . .they simply made a note of the issue. This time I had two broken items in the car and the old power steering pump was left in the car for me to dispose of. The average cost for a Volvo XC90 Power Steering Pump Replacement is between $1,135 and $1,295, and they charged me $2,983.05, aside from this they keep the car for five (5) days. I arrived on time, watched my vehicle get pulled into the bay at 2:15, and by 2:50 PM, I asked Paul, the manager, for an update. He said it would be 15–20 more minutes. Fast forward to 3:30 PM, and Tessa finally comes out to “break it down” for me.What followed was a complete waste of time.Tessa proceeded to read off a bumper-to-bumper inspection list of every possible thing they could try to sell me, none of which had anything to do with the noise I came in for. When I pressed her about the original issue, she casually said, “Everything looks good back there.” No specifics. No explanation.Unsatisfied, I asked for the technician to ride with me to actually hear the noise - something that should have been done first, not after nearly two hours of waiting. During the test drive, I had to ask him FOUR times if he could hear the sound. Silence. Then finally, a brilliant insight: “I hear something… have you checked the trunk?”Seriously?I took him back immediately. And his parting suggestion? “You might want to make an appointment for a full diagnostic.”I left with zero answers, wasted over 90 minutes, and got the impression that no one listened or cared about the issue I clearly described when I booked the appointment. Instead, I got a generic upsell pitch and a clueless ride-along that felt like a formality.This place clearly has no process for actually diagnosing customer concerns - just blanket inspections and dismissive responses.The next morning, I went to another Mercedes shop, and within 10 minutes, they told me that my rear subframe was rusted and had a hole. The issue was serious - not only was it causing noise, but I was also losing control of the steering wheel when it happened. A third opinion from an authorized Mercedes dealership confirmed the exact same thing and immediately scheduled repairs to address the dangerous condition.I called Paul back right away to let him know what two other certified Mercedes shops had already confirmed within minutes. His response? He doubled down, saying the tech’s pictures didn’t show a subframe problem and again pushed for me to come back and pay for a full diagnostic. Unbelievable.Let me be crystal clear:Two certified Mercedes repair shops identified a major structural and safety issue in less than 10 minutes. This shop? I've had a positive, friendly, informative experience every time! I think they know me by name now! My last visit was this week and I received great updates on a 1.5 day job that ended up a 3 day when a tie rod snapped during alignment! Luis was urgent in ordering the parts for both jobs and with the unexpected costs, the shop manager extended me a very nice courtesy due to my past business w them. They got me to and from work which is everything! I really appreciate the attention to me as a customer and to my car's safety.
