Comment : I recently leased a ford raptor from Star ford in Glendale. I went in fully expecting the typical dealership pressure and difficulty but was pleasantly surprised. Even though the team was short staffed, my wife and i were helped out pretty quickly. Michael, our sales associate, was a huge part of why we were able to make a deal and drive off in our new car. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonable - i likely wouldn’t have made a deal without him. We also got in pretty late but the staff (including Michael, Brian, and Conrad) were willing to stay late after hours to continue to help us out and finish up paperwork. Good deals and good people - great experience overall.

Comment : Car buying usually comes with a lot of stress and sales tactics--but not with Chris at Star Ford. He's a total straight shooter, no BS, and actually treats you like a human being instead of a transaction. I worked with him on getting a Mustang Mach-E, and he made the whole process feel easy and transparent from start to finish. Super kind, patient, and focused on making sure I felt good about the deal (I asked ChatGPT to rate the deal afterwards and it gave me an A+ lol). Honestly the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Compare this to the runaround I got from every other Ford dealer in Los Angeles. Don't waste your time with the rest, go straight to Star Ford and ask for Chris.

Comment : Excellent dealership for buying a car and special thanks to Christopher for being professional, helpful and adaptable (plus seems to be a great guy). Compared to other Ford dealerships in Los Angeles county these lads seem to be actually decent and fair with selling a car/truck. Definitely recommend.

Comment : Chris helped us and he was AMAZING! Very nice guy, made a very annoying process AS EASY AS POSSIBLE. We felt very comfortable with him and it felt like I’ve known him my whole life! It shows that he actually cares and I would REALLY RECOMMEND HIM!! 10 out of 10 stars!

Comment : The fact that I called Downtown Ford and they got back to me within 5 minutes says everything. They had a service tech pick up my car in less than an hour, completed the service the same day, sent me a full video of the work performed, and delivered the car back to me. That is how customer service should be done. Take notes. Meanwhile, you guys don't answer your phones for 4-5 days, make customers leave work early to wait at home for a no-show appointment, and only call afterward saying, "Sorry, can we schedule a pickup now?" How about showing up for the appointment that was already scheduled? I keep thinking--if my mother had called for service and had to deal with this, especially as an elderly person, it would be completely unacceptable. No accountability, no attempt to make it right, just another request to reschedule after wasting someone's time. At this point, I wouldn't trust you to service a remote control, let alone my car. I'd expect to get it back overpriced, mishandled, and dirty.

Comment : Just picked up a 2015 Mustang gt 5.0 and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Christopher was more than helpful and extremely kind. I’m glad it was him. Everyone there was were so helpful and kind. I appreciate you guys getting me in to this Mustang and help me finance. My wife n son appreciate you guys a lot. I’m already enjoying this Mustang and have never had a 5.0 and I’m extremely happy i bought this one. THANKS AGAIN GUYS.!

Comment : I first chose Star Ford because of their reviews, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away.

The first time I brought my car in, communication was already poor. My vehicle sat outside in their lot for over four days, and when it was finally returned, it was covered in dust. I had dropped it off freshly washed, yet after servicing it, they didn’t even have the courtesy to rinse it off or wipe it down.

The second experience was even worse. My car battery was having issues, so I made a service appointment on Friday for pickup on Monday. From Friday through Saturday, I called more than 15 times between 11 AM and 5 PM, left four voicemails, sent five text messages, and even used the website chat. I never received a single response.

On Monday, they were scheduled to pick up my vehicle, but again, not one call, text, or update. I even left work early to be available, and no one ever showed up or contacted me.

This level of service and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I’ve already shared my experience with colleagues and friends so they know what to expect.
