Comment : Highly recommend! After sending pictures to our insurance for our grandparents’ older vehicle, the insurance company wanted to total it and wasn’t giving us a clear value on what they would pay out. Based on insurance auctions, similar cars were going for less than $2k (KBB puts our value at $7k). We decided to get a second opinion and brought the vehicle in to be inspected by professionals. Arthur inspected it and confirmed it was nowhere near a total loss and the damage was minimal.

We also brought in our own car regarding an issue we were having, which turned out to be a sensor problem. While he couldn’t fix that specific issue, Arthur pointed us in the right direction with who to contact.

Overall, he was extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend his services!

Comment : Having your car in the body shop and dealing with the insurance has never been a pleasant experience for me, but dealing with Arthur through this process made me feel confident that my car was in the best hands possible. He was extremely accessible, very knowledgeable, answered all my incessant questions and really went above and beyond. I am so pleased I decided on his shop instead of a bigger name where my first estimate was. Hoping I never have to use a body shop again, but if I do, I know where I'm going!!

Comment : Wife hit a bobcat on the freeway. Then car was parked and hit by a school bus. Both times, Hilligers did an outstanding job fixing the damage. Arthur repeatedly kept us informed on what was going on. He also made dealing with the insurance company a breeze. Negatives? Absolutely no problems and no issues. If we need more work done, we will absolutely take it to Hilliger's.
