Comment : Repair was good! They took care of me. I was a bit disappointed with the car not being delivered as scheduled, but I was provided a rental at no cost and it was repaired. My insurance company also caused some delays, at least that was I was told. But overall quality and job was good!

Comment : It was unfortunate they came recommended by a few people.
For starters I took me car in almost a month ago and have heard nothing in return. I as well as my insurance company have reached out multiple times and nothing. Im not sure what the deal is?
Somebody had backed into me in a parking lot, nothing major at all dented bumper and some popped clips.
They called me to come in for a few pictures with no appointment just to pop in and i said i would be there in the morning. When i showed up half the employees seemed annoyed as all sin that i didnt have an appointment to begin with, not my choice, mind you. When they finally come to check me in after awhile and i asked if i should just make an appointment and come back. They let me know they apparently "thought i was coming first thing in the morning" because i asked what time they opened when they originally called. I waited for a the guy to take his 10 pictures. Meanwhile I already have asked if I need to look over anything and then was asked to sign for the work. Then the man hands me a paper saying I was paying the $1000 bill, which is very incorrect because the claim is on the person who hit me. Everything about the situation was just ill mannered customer service and I personally wouldn't recommend.

Comment : So far so good. 'Star Body Works' was attentive to our schedule. We needed a ride and a tow. The tow truck driver came to pick up our car and us, conveniently when also the Enterprise car rental was available (Just next door). He was a ministering angel in human form, and so was the service rep who arranged our pickup time. A great start for such a stressful situation. Now, we hope our car can be repaired.

Comment : As a first-timer, I didn?t know what to expect, but I truly appreciated their transparency throughout the entire process. From start to finish, I was very impressed. My Chrysler came out looking amazing, and I?m very grateful they were able to fix it. Shoutout to everyone who worked on my car, and especially Marco for keeping me in the loop on how things were going and for explaining each step.

If you need your car fixed, do yourself a favor and go to Star Body. Highly recommend!
