From their professional attitude to the state of the art auto repair equipment. Star Auto has "The most" friendliness staff, Barbara, Rob, and Dan hold down the front end of the Business, while Henry, Moises, and John take care all of your service and repair needs in the shop. If you are looking for a Auto repair shop in the Brea, Star Auto is your go to for all Asian, Domestic, European and even Hybrid and EV vehicles. Comment : I highly recommend Star Auto Service! The staff provided friendly, professional service and genuinely cared about my needs. They explained my car???s issues clearly without pushing unnecessary repairs. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and my car runs perfectly now. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, including follow-up checks, really impressed me. Comment : I will never do business with this place ever they are truly disgusting they treat their employees like trash they fired a mechanic after his expensive scanner was stolen when he took a day off refused to review the camera footage you guys are horrible I've been a mechanic for 30 years and this makes me soooo upset for a shop to treat an employee like this beware if they do this to an employee I'm sure they are pretty dishonest....I will never do business with this place ever they are truly disgusting they treat their employees like trash they fired a mechanic after his expensive scanner was stolen when he took a day off refused to review the camera footage you guys ???More

Comment : I stand corrected, it's only fair that I edit my review. The diagnosis of a cracked radiator proved to be correct, I did need to replace that and hoses, as stated in Star Auto's estimate. I however did not need other parts they quoted for a total repair of $3,191... another mechanic replaced radiator, hoses, and cap, but for $850 and all is good... not $3,191.

Comment : Star Auto Service is amazing. They took us in and were able to diagnose and resolve our vehicle's transmission problems on a very tight schedule. They also ensured we had a proper oil change and our tires were I flared to the proper pressure. We will be bringing all our vehicles here moving forward. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Rob and Danny were very good at keeping us I formed throughout the repair process.
