Comment : If I could leave no stars I would. My friend recently bought a car and put down a lot of money. Single mom who works her butt off. Not long after she bought it and the lights were having issues. They won't pay for it and she got it back today and now more issues are wrong with it! She hadn't even had it 3 months. They don't take responsibility and their customer service sucks. Yall should have made it right and fixed the issues after yall blew up her damn phone before she even bought it about buying it! DO NOT BUY HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!

Comment : Over filled the engine on an oil change and when confronted “we would rather put too much than not enough”. Then charged me for an extra quart of oil they did not use.

Comment : I’ve had such a god-awful experience with this place from starts to finish, it’s absolutely mind-boggling. First of all the salesman that was trying to sell me the car, and ended up selling me a Jeep that didn’t have the towing capacity that I knew because it needed a specific tow package for the radiator and a factory tow hitch and a transmission cooler. The owners manual directly states that if I don’t have this package, I can’t tow what I need to tow.

I guess that was my mistake for expecting a salesman to have some kind of product knowledge, so I ended up getting a hitch installed through them. They sent it out to an aftermarket company that damage the rear bumper when I got it back. It was misaligned and clearly out of place and when the service department didn’t want to help me, I called the installer who installed the hitch and they told me everything is fine even though the pictures were showing clearly that they weren’t. I’m mechanically inclined, the mother of my child is the person that ends up going to the dealership every time because she has the car, and they always treat her like she’s an idiot, even though she has very valid concerns. She was disregarded as a nuisance both while she was pregnant and after the baby was born. One female service advisor on our final visit was actually friendly and seemingly helpful but our claims never went through and she won’t get back to us about our warranty claim now so that sucks.

I have water leaking in my trunk, the bumper is popping out in the front at 1000 miles on my brand new grand Cherokee, and they are denying to help me anyway shape or form despite there being a service bulletin open for this problem.

The passenger front glass decided to mysteriously crack, there is no signs of impact from anything, and is likely to do with some of the moisture getting inside the car. They told me that they would order the parts to fix it, but after months later, they never got back to me with an update on the warranty claim, cause an emails do not get responded to. Call backs never happen. Now I have to escalate the situation and file a lemon law claim because this garbage dealership refuses to with any kind of finger unless they are scalping people with unnecessary things.

This is a terrible dealership in every department and I would really suggest you to consider going elsewhere. It’s been a year since I bought the car and they still refused to help me, even though my concern started rising immediately after taking the car home. As someone that used to sell cars for a long time, I can honestly tell you that this is as shady as a business as it gets. DO NOT GO HERE unless you have some weird thing about you where you prefer to be treated terribly.
