Comment : While looking for a new vehicle, I saw online that St. Marys Chrysler had the exact Jeep that I wanted. I used to live in the area and made the drive back down and met with Blake Casady about looking at the Jeep. Blake went above and beyond in his help in explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured and was able to come back a week later to purchase the Jeep. We did have a slight issue after purchasing the Jeep and Blake made sure everything was corrected. The dealership stayed in communication with me throughout the remedy process, provided a loaner vehicle, and then brought my Jeep back up to me in the Toledo area.
