Comment : Brought in a year and a half old vehicle for oil leak. I knew it was likely the drain plug or oil filter, likely not tightened properly from last oil change. Was charged $79 to diagnose the problem! They said it was a charge for a half hours rate. Was either taken advantage of or this shop has some serious competence issues. Oh, and they require deposit up front, which should tell you how they like to operate.I recommend looking elsewhere for competent, honest auto care.Can t wait to see their response here as I just took some time to read some of the reviews. Comment : I have used Jumpers in the past, and I?ve been very pleased. This time I had a somewhat emergency situation with my steering column and required a fixed right away your phone staff is excellent, very receptive, very knowledgeable, and most importantly follow up with me to advise of current status, and the details of the repair and expected finish time. I will always come back here.
