Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Wow, these guys must be the last honest auto shop in America. I took my 2015 Porsche Macan S there because when I took it to Porsche of Arlington, they quoted me $4500 to fix a leak in the a/c back in May. They drained the Freon without asking and make it difficult to put back in. I took to Freddy at Springfield and he charged me $200 bucks or so to refill it and said, come back in 3 months and check. Guy saved me thousands and the car is blowing cold air! Will never take my cars anywhere near else.

Comment : This place is the best!!! Freddie and his staff can always be counted on to take care of all my auto needs. I was looking for a used BMW. To make sure the auto was a good fit for me Freddie interviewed me about my driving style and needs. Shortly after that I became the proud owner of a BMW x3. It is great having a mechanic you can trust.
