Comment : A State Inspection was scheduled for my Cadillac. I arrived giving my name and key fob. Went to the waiting room the young girl who took my name signed me in for my appointment came to me, asked me if I was someone else then asked if I would like the complimentary wash for my Cadillac and I responded yes. Please note after 2hr waiting I happened to look through the door to the desks and the same young girl was on her computer doing what Appeared to be apparel shopping/browsing. Then after someone noticed my frustration and went out back, then 20min later is when she came out and handed me my fob and said sorry then cleaning took a while. I understand things get busy but I feel at least some communication would have been appropriate.

Comment : The service department was very accommodating. It was the first time bringing my Sierra pickup for inspection and service. They were very honest about what was needed. I was told by another mechanic that front brakes needed replacement. Springfield GMC told me that my brakes were fine for many more miles. I will bring my truck to Springfield for future service and repair.

The staff is super nice, professional, and I know LK likes his job. Haha I think Abel is badass too. I love your commercials. Now you need to sell me a Cobra!!
