Comment : I wouldn't say the people were necessarily friendly or unfriendly, but certainly indifferent at best. This place is advertised as a Jaguar specialist on Google. I called and made an appointment to have the oil changed on my Jaguar F-Type. When I got there the person at the desk obviously wasn't expecting me, didn't know why I was there, didn't know how much they were going to charge me, etc.. I had to fill him in. After about 30 minutes of screwing around with my car, they drove it out into the parking lot looked at me and said it sits too low to the ground. We can't work on it. Have a nice day. Not Jaguar specialists.
