Comment : I needed state inspection and asked John to check out an error light. John communicated well (kept me updated), was honest about repairs/recommendations, made sure I was taken care of and car was safe. I hope I won t need to, but would return for any repairs/service in future.

Comment : I highly recommend Speedy Auto Service. I came in due to check engine light that I received driving Thanksgiving day. I arrived when they opened on Friday morning and he explained what it could be, and after diagnostics what it was. He made it very easy to understand, and was honest about my cars history. He had it fixed quickly and back on the road to my next destination. I will highly recommend the nice gentleman at this location. 10 out of 10!I highly recommend Speedy Auto Service. Comment : I recently took my Jeep to another dealer with my CarMax warranty, and it sat there for three days without any progress. Frustrated, I decided to take it to Speedy Auto Service on a Friday. By 1 PM, they had diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part. Impressively, they had my Jeep repaired by Monday before 2 PM. A/C now blows cold! The service was fantastic, efficient, and truly lived up to their name. Highly recommend Speedy Auto Service for their prompt and professional work!

Comment : If I could give a zero I would! The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. My first inspection failed because of the muffler. They said if I had the muffler done that day they would charge $800 but if I waited till next week it would be $500, why would that make a difference? So I brought my car back after the muffler got replaced at another place for $450. According to Virginia you have 14 days for the inspection to be redone free of charge one time. NOPE not these ********!!! They charged me $1.00 literally made me go to the ATM to pull out ONE dollar in CASH only. The dollar is not an issue but it s the principle of the matter. Stay AWAY from this place it is a huge rip off and the guys SUCK! UPDATE to my review and their response: Clearer and concise communication is the key, never once was it mentioned to me that it would be cheaper because you had to order a specific part. Yes I went elsewhere to get it done for a better price and better customer service/communication. Also you all like the $800/$500 prices as when I was in there that is what was quoted to a few customers for VERY different issues.
