Comment : Back tire was low. Brought it in. Guy told me it couldn't be patched and I needed a new tire, but they would have to get it from the warehouse. Said it would take about 30 minutes to get it there. Went to work and came back about 75-90 minutes later. Another guy told me the tire was 15 minutes away. Went back to work for another hour. Called to make sure tire was there. No answer. Gave them another 30 minutes just to be safe. Went back over. Guy that I spoke to saw me pull-in and did not speak to me. A kid came out to tell me that it was on a truck and it wouldn't be there for another 2 hours. Kudos to the kid for being man enough to give me the bad news.
Took the car down the block to Cris' Tire Service. They patched it in 10 minutes.
Go to Cris instead.

Comment : I'm not a big online review guy, but this service has been so outstanding I felt compelled to write one. Josh and the guys stepped up big time when I needed service in a pinch a couple of weeks ago. Being from out of town, I caught them at 5 PM on a Friday with an emergency. They not only stayed and took the time to take care of things, but also facilitated a tow for me the next morning to a local dealership. This line of work and that level of service is hard to come by. I would highly recommend these guys for any automotive needs.

Comment : Came with a coupon, which they were not accepting because they had a 'new' special that included a tire rotation. I didn't need the tire rotation, and I would have preferred just using my coupon because it would have been cheaper. Additionally, I have a white car, and the handle and hood area have SO MUCH residual oil from dirty hands. The workers were professional, and I appreciate them, but the oil change cost me over $100 after tax. With that, I'd expect a little more care to the vehicle. Also, remove the coupon from your locations site if you no longer accept them.
