Comment : Absolutely great. I was a few minutes early and they didn't hesitate to pull me in and get started. Communicated every thing they did. Instead of telling me I needed a new engine filter, they showed me the one I had and suggested we wait, which I enjoy. In and out with the quickness. I'll come back for sure. Keep up with the kindness.

Comment : I love the customer service at this location! Gary is always the technician that takes care of me and he is always very friendly, professional and helpful! I?ve never had a bad encounter with any of the other technicians as well! 10/10 highly recommend

Comment : Had a great oil change experience and used a $20 discount. The tech showed me my cabin air filter: It was filthy. We had it replaced. He also gave me a graphicly-pleasing print out of the scheduled maintenance that they are able to perform on my car. Everything was great. They definitely have a loyal customer.

Comment : I just watched three people (including Angela, the owner) yell at an old woman who didn't want to pay $150 to diagnose a freon leak without repair.

If someone doesn't want to pay for a service, don't do the service. You don't have to yell at people and change your story multiple times and tell other customers that she's just crazy.

If this is what happens in front of the general public I don't even want to know what happens behind closed doors.

This behavior from the owner and other employees was so unhinged that even though I have 1 more oil change before a free one, I will NOT be coming back. To this location or to the other two (on W Esplanade in Kenner and on Vets by clearview) because they have the same owner.
