Comment : Service is always spot on, but they kept my vehicle too long, and after 4 days of diagnostics. They found o solution to my problem. Communication with the service tech was below my expectations. I believe they take on too much work (more $ for them), but they can't properly attend the customers cars. I really love KIA Round Rock, but there needs to be some attention devoted to improvements.

Comment : I wish I could give zero stars. We made an appointment to get the vehicle recalls addressed. Upon arrival for the appointment, we were told that they could not get the work done that day (or even started) that day. We were told we would need to set a separate appointment. The manager was apologetic and said that at the next appointment, they could provide transportation assistance with dropping off and picking up the vehicle. We made an appt for a month later and were told we could drop the car off the evening before and get transportation assistance. When my partner arrived before closing to drop off the vehicle, she was told they could not actually provide transportation since the service department was already closed (this was never mentioned previously), so I had to rush over from the other side of town to pick her up. We were told at the time of appointment and again at drop off that the repair would be completed in one day. The following day, the service shop called my partner and said the vehicle would not be completed as promised. The next day, my partner requested a ride share (as discussed) to pick up the vehicle and was told this was not going to be possible after all. When I took her to pick up the car, we waited in the front lobby for over 15 minutes before ever being greeted. When they finally brought the car around, it was obvious that it had been driven for a distance (no gas, phone charger unplugged, unknown music on the radio, adjusted seat positions, etc). These two experiences have impacted my view of Kia, and I would not buy another one.
