Comment : I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Kia dealership in Round Rock every time I contact them they give me a time or make a promise, but they fail to get my work done they do not follow through on their commitments, and to make matters worse, they often do not answer my phone calls this is very frustrating and unprofessional customers should not have to keep calling repeatedly or waste their time just to get updates on their vehicle or have their work completed. If you give a customer a time, you should honor it and communicate properly if there is a delay unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I expected much better service from a Kia dealership. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves customer service communication, and accountability

Comment : I bought a new car five months ago and recently had it repaired due to exhaust noise.
I received the car saying this part had been repaired, but the engine warning light, which was not there before, was still up, and the IGS function was not working.
I immediately checked the car back at the service center, but I still haven't received it back after a week.
The fact that a problem that didn't exist before is a major complaint, but there was no contact regarding the car's condition or progress for a week.
Even though i managed to get in touch with difficulty, i didn't receive detailed progress or the scheduled date.
I am still unable to receive my car. and there was no services like a loan car.
The problem is that i still don't know how this car will be handled in the future.

Comment : They take way SOOO long. They love to make you wait. And didn't even top off any of my fluids. Left my coolant dry as a bone, which I am pretty sure they sucked out bc there was evidence of it spilled everywhere. Try to upcharge for every little thing. I am considering not buying my next car there because the experience of getting my oil changed here sucks so bad.

Comment : The Service personnel at Kia of Round Rock are 5 stars all around! I had to travel out of town last week and showed up at the dealership WITHOUT an appointment.

I was still able to get my car serviced (oil change) without any flack and was in & out in a very short amount of time. Thank you Kia of Round Rock!!
