Comment : My Optima LX had an engine seize recently and I had it towed to Mesquite Kia. I wasn't exactly sure what the problem was but I was contacted by an employee named Markus. Mr. Markus asked that I get documentation regarding oil change history. After getting the documentation, I brought him the documentation. Soon, I received an email from Kia Corp. Techline to inform me they were taking action and there was nothing I had to do. Shortly afterwards, Mr. Markus informed me that I had been approved for repairs. The next week, I received a call from Mr. Markus that my car was ready. The entire process was timely. I greatly appreciate everyone involved, from Mr. Markus, the mechanic(s) and Kia Corp.for getting me back on the road in such a short period of time. Many, Thanks.
