Comment : We were on a trip from Orange County to Knoxville and found the AC out on my sons CRV we were on staying in Albuquerque for only a couple days. They were able to fix the AC in 5 hrs so we could finish the rest of our trip with no delays

Comment : 1 star because I have to. I’ve never felt more ripped off, after keeping my car 8 days, claiming to run it “4hrs straight “ to check the air conditioning , not checking the squeak and other issues that turned out to be large safety issues but easy fixes I can honestly say I will never return to Southern Blvd Automotive, they do not care about the safety of their clientele. They prioritize those that “ look” to be able to afford them and they over charge. I’ve paid thousands to these supposed “ honest Christians” only to find out they do shotty work, and again I have to reiterate they DO NOT CARE about the SAFETY of their clientele. “Fix” your car here at your own risk.

Comment : This has become my go to place for the last few years. It's one of the few places I've been where I don't ever feel cheated. They're honest and do great work. They have also never tried to upsell me on something that I didn't even want like most car places.

Comment : They were welcoming during a difficult experience and went above and beyond to help my wife and I after an accident. We did not have work done but they offered to house our car in their back lot until an adjuster can look at if even though they personally do not do body work. We always have our car serviced there because they are fair priced and do excellent work.
