Comment : Imagine a dealership that's actually transparent, honest, and up front about every aspect of car ownership, from purchase to maintenance. I, too, wasn't sure that they exist.

Maybe it's because Mazdas are great cars that sell themselves, but South Burlington Mazda runs a good, honest, tight ship. Their staff is filled with kind and empathetic people.

Anecdotally, they have gone out of their way to help me several times, even when it would be opportune for them to not. That's the sort of place I would prefer to do business with, and go back to.

On car #3 from this dealership. No regrets.

Fair, transparent, communicative, and so clearly focused on making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.
