Comment : My first Mazda experience, and certainly not my last! The whole team, from Jenny in reception, RJ in sales, to Tyler in finance and Celeste in management were all truly wonderful to work with. RJ s client-centered manner and great people skills were not in the least bit salesy or pushy. He followed up after my initial visit to help make the deal I was looking for a reality. Celeste the manager & Tyler were both an active part of the sales process and lovely to chat with, as opposed to other dealers that play the game of making you sit while the details are hashed out without you, and seeing said manager just to tell you the numbers and walking away. It was clear that they are willing to take the time and effort to build relationships with their customers, and make them feel happy to shop there. Every employee at this dealership were helping one another, checking in with clients if they saw them waiting, grabbing keys or pulling cars up if the other was busy, and constantly checking in to offer refreshments. Tyler hopped in to listen to a concern I had with a test drive- they truly operate as a team! I also appreciated the respect of customers time, with RJ communicating by call and text, scheduling of appointments and really making efforts to move things along, but also ensure that features of the car were shared fully and that I was in the vehicle I wanted, with the financial route to get there. Comment : I hardly ever write reviews for anything, but this was such a night and day car shopping experience that I felt the need to say something! Laird and Celeste were helpful, knowledgeable and the antithesis of pushy car salesman. They put together a great deal, and the best part was that after the test drive I was able to finalize the purchase entirely online (no sitting around for hours in the dealership) and have the car delivered.
