Comment : We just purchased a 2025 Mazda cx-50 hybrid from Eric and couldn’t be happier with car or service. Honestly, I feel like I had a conversation with almost everyone at dealership and everyone was terrific. We did not feel pressured to make a decision at all. They were super accommodating, comfortable to negotiate what felt like a great deal and the signing at the end was the quickest yet. And the car is a beauty!!

Comment : I was looking for a car for a couple months and had narrowed it down to either a Mazda CX 30, a Mazda 3 sedan, or a 3 hatchback. It was last Saturday when I arrived at SB Mazda. I briefly checked out their parking lot inventory then wandered inside where I met Eric Raville, one of their salesmen. He proved to be very helpful and low-key, giving me the information I needed without putting pressure on me. SB Mazda is a good outfit with a well-deserved positive reputation. Comment : Had a great experience. Both Winston and Tyler were incredibly helpful, attentive and personable. The entire team works hard to make the customer feel welcomed and not pressured to buy. A big part of why I came back to purchase the CX-30, was because of the sales team and the time they took to meet every need. The leasing process was seamless, and was quick (relative to car contracts). Give the team a raise. It’d be well deserved.

Comment : We rented a new mazda, 2026 suv from budget rent a car in the burlington airport. Unfortunately, there was no u s b cord included that would support my android phone. We drove to the mazda burlington dealership and met with Tyler, the sales manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful, and he provided us with a cord that would allow us to use the navigation. He was professional and prompt and eager to help, and we are so thankful. He is the epitome of what a great employee looks like!

Comment : We recently purchased a CX-30 at South Burlington Mazda. Laird was our salesperson. Purchasing a new car can be stressful but not with Laird and the staff who support the financing and final sales. Laird is personable and efficient. Our experience was easy and we feel we made the ride choice to invest in a Mazda.
