Comment : Was told my rotors needed to be replaced. I asked for the rotors that were taken off of my car and they had no damage to them. I asked the service rep if they could just do the brakes and he said that there was no way to replace the brakes without the rotors being replaced. - Lies!

Comment : I spoke to the Sales manager Bill Raho in regard to purchasing a Rav 4 listed on Carfax. The conversation started out with the price on Carfax was $1000.00 less than what he was willing to sell the car for. I was going to drive down from central CA approx. 75 miles yo purchase the car, I asked the condition of the tires and requested to do a video walk around. This was on Thursday the day the carfax add appeared. My plans were to meet him friday at noon. He did not call me back so later thursday I called him, he said the car is not available to be shown because it had a broken windshield and damage on the rear bumper. he would call me after it was repaired. Friday I called for an update and Rayhole was not in, John (Sales mgr) told me the car was sold and the broken windshield was a stall tactic and a lie. If the sales manager can't be honest with you then why do business with them. I found a dealer that was fantastic to work with and purchased a new Rav4 My advice stay away from this dealership.
